Aaron Martin

Aaron has been serving as a Superintendent for CHM in our South Texas Regional office since 2021. Aaron joined CHM in 2015 with nearly two decades of commercial and residential construction experience. Aaron began his career with CHM as Field Technician doing product and system installations, and his dedication to quality, combined with his strong work ethic, made him a standout employee. In short order, he was promoted through the ranks and has continued to focus on the development of his management skills. In his spare time, Aaron spends with his wife and children and is a dedicated family man.

Andy Johnson

Andy Johnson serves as the Branch Manager for the Central Texas Region. He joined the CHM team in 2021. Andy brings over two decades of experience in executive leadership in manufacturing and services. His particular passion is in optimizing team leadership capability and making continual improvements in processes. He particularly is a big proponent of a positive attitude being essential to team success as seen in Henry Ford's legendary quote: "Whether you think you can, or you think you can't- you're right!" Andy also received his bachelor's degree from the University of Texas (Hook Em!) and his MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Angela Espinoza

Angela joined the CHM Weatherguard team in 2022 as an Estimator and Project Manager for the South Texas Regional Office. Angela brings nearly a decade of experience in residential restoration and construction estimating, as well as project management. Her primary duties are driving sales growth, providing quality cost estimates, and building strong customer relationships for long-term market growth and service. She is passionate about continuing to master her industry knowledge to serve customer needs better. In her free time, Angela enjoys spending time with her teenage son and daughter. She loves plants and gardening. Her hobbies are mountain biking and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Anne Dolowitz

Avery Harriman

Avery serves as a Project Engineer for the Oklahoma and North Texas Regional Offices for CHM Weatherguard. Avery's primary role consists of initial project setups, submittal processing, cost management, equipment rental controls, and warranty processing. These duties provide an invaluable support structure to our operations and sales team. Avery is a recent college graduate from Arizona State University with a master's degree in Construction Management and a bachelor's degree in General Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington. During his time at Arizona State and UTA, he was able to take part in multiple design, engineering, and construction projects which helped him gain relevant experience and knowledge in management and communication with colleagues and customers.

Dan Earnshaw

Dan joined CHM in 2022 and serves as an Estimator and Project Manager for the Central Texas Regional Office. During his career, he has worked as a Project Manager in the UK, Australia, and now the USA. His primary duties include preparing competitive proposals, accurate estimates, and developing customer relationships. Dan moved to Texas in 2019 after growing up in the United Kingdom, having attended the University of Leeds to achieve a Bachelor of Science. When not working, Dan is an avid hunter and family man spending his off time hunting west Texas with his wife and son.

Dave Cervantes

Dave Cervantes serves as the Project Engineer and Purchasing Manager for CHM Weatherguard. Dave's primary role consists of initial project setups, submittal processing, cost management, equipment rental controls, and pricing management. These duties provide an invaluable support structure to our operations and sales team. Dave has nearly two decades of experience in operations, management, and entrepreneurial experience along with six years of experience specifically in the accounting field. Dave has held positions in various industries such as Warehouse Manager, Plumbing Manager, On-Site Rep. Manager, and Foreman in Texas and Colorado. He has also started and operated his own successful companies. Dave has developed a strong skill set throughout his career that allows him to excel at CHM Weatherguard. His faith is what drives this family man to work with a high standard of excellence and integrity.

David McDole - VP of Sales

David McDole joined CHM Weatherguard in 2014 and serves as the Director of Sales for all regions. He oversees the training of new estimating and sales team members as well as the continuing education for existing management personnel. He also supervises and supports the estimating and sales team with developing customer relationships, expanding market share, and assisting with planning and strategic growth in all regions. David brings more than two decades of construction expertise and building envelope system knowledge to CHM. Since 2000 he has spent time as a project superintendent, project manager, and estimator in the waterproofing, firestopping, and insulation fields on landmark projects throughout North Texas. David graduated from Midwestern State University in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Erik Hall

He is focused on building customer relationships and product knowledge to better service customer's needs. Erik attended Tarrant County College. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 sons. His hobbies are coaching football and hunting.

Florens May

Florens May serves as Estimator/Project Manager for CHM Weatherguard.His duties provide an invaluable support structure to our operations and sales team. Florens is a recent college graduate from Texas Tech University with a degree in mechanical engineering. During his time at Texas Tech, he was able to take part in multiple design and engineering projects which helped him gain relevant experience in management and communication with colleagues and customers. He also spent a brief time of his college career as a walk-on football player on the Texas Tech football team, which allowed him to develop his disciplined and hardworking attitude. These skills in combination with a lot of enthusiasm and motivation are what allow him to excel at CHM Weatherguard.

Geri Sortore

Geri brings over two decades of experience in commercial construction estimating and project management. During her career, she has spent time in the Phoenix and Northern Oklahoma markets, focusing on developing her skills in estimating and business development. Geri comes to CHM from one of the most reputable waterproofing contractors in the Northern Oklahoma market. She has also worked for one of the top General Contractors in the United States as a Lead Estimator for their Oklahoma City branch. Geri attended Northeast Oklahoma A&M University.

Jason Cox

Jason Cox joined CHM in 2018 and serves as an estimator and project manager in the North Texas office. His primary duties are estimating new sales and managing projects. His experience in the field as both an installer and superintendent gives him an in-depth insight into the waterproofing industry. His focus is building a strong customer base and prides himself on providing clients premier customer service. Jason attended The University of North Texas and has a diverse career background including positions with both the Dallas Stars and Dallas Cowboys. His professional experience mixed with his on-the-job knowledge of the commercial waterproofing industry has prepared Jason to be a well-rounded member of the CHM sales team.

Justin Roberts

Justin serves as the Director of Fireproofing/Spray Foam for CHM Weatherguard. Justin supervises and supports the Fireproofing/Spray Foam sales team, as well as overseeing Fireproofing/Spray Foam operations. His focus in building this division includes developing customer relationships, expanding market share, and assisting with planning and strategic growth in all regions. Justin brings more than two decades of commercial construction experience to CHM Weatherguard. In 1998, he began his career in the industry as a project superintendent and project manager / estimator and has more recently held both Director of Sales and Director of Operations positions. He has extensive experience working in the fireproofing, waterproofing, firestopping, and insulation fields on landmark projects in Texas, Oklahoma, and throughout the central region of the U.S.

LaShae Brooks

Margaret Varnell

Margaret Varnell serves as the Human Resources, Payroll, and Bookkeeping Specialist of CHM Weatherguard. Margaret is responsible for all duties relating to the payroll function and assists with the accounting function of CHM. She also acts as the primary contact for all personal and human resource issues. Her responsibilities consist of payroll processing, certified payroll reporting, human resources, personnel insurance, and retirement management, and general accounting. Margaret brings over 30 years of expertise in accounting. She began her career as a staff accountant for a large electric company and transitioned to the construction industry mid-way through her career. Margaret has spent over fifteen years in the construction industry and most recently specializing in accounting for specialty subcontractors and waterproofing. Margaret has managed nearly all facets of the accounting functions in her tenured career. Margaret graduated from West Texas State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Accounting.

Mark Van Every

Mark joined the CHM team in 2020, bringing nearly four decades of expertise in construction and waterproofing. He began his career as a bricklayer in Houston, Texas in 1979. Over the years he held many positions including Foreman, Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, and Project Manager. Over the last decade, Mark has used his expert knowledge in all waterproofing systems to hone his skills on the estimating and sales side. Mark's career has taken him from Houston to Dallas, to Oklahoma City, where he now resides. His experience with waterproofing, building envelopes, and parking structures provides the CHM team with valuable insights.

Matt Hager - COO, VP

Matt Hager serves as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CHM Weatherguard. Matt is one of the co-founders of CHM and has been serving in this role since 2011, as well as a Director on CHM's board since 2013. His primary focus is to maximize customer satisfaction, company growth, and profitability while leading and managing CHM's operational functions to be true to our founding business cornerstones. Matt has over two decades of experience in commercial construction, building envelopes, and finish systems. Matt started his career as a Superintendent/Project Manager and has held several other leadership positions with different waterproofing and construction companies. Matt also has experience in starting and running other successful companies prior to co-founding CHM. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration of Marketing from Midwestern State University. He is a member of the American Air Barrier Association (ABAA) and holds several OSHA certifications.

Robert Soto

Rob Soto is a Project Superintendent for the CHM Weatherguard North Texas Branch. After joining the CHM family in 2019, Rob quickly began to make great strides with his team, displaying great dedication to customer service and a passion for the waterproofing industry. Rob has over a decade of experience supervising and managing operations in the warehouse logistics and manufacturing fields, where his responsibilities included purchasing, inventory management, and project planning. Most recently, before joining CHM, Rob's worked as a Superintendent in residential construction for many years, where he helped plan and execute residential construction projects.

Ryan Cox - CEO, President

Ryan Cox serves as President and CEO of CHM Weatherguard. Ryan is one of the co-founders of CHM and has been serving in his role since 2011, as well as a Director on CHM's board since 2013. He primarily focuses on long-term vision casting, strategic growth, and financial strength. Ryan also oversees the accounting and administrative divisions. Ryan has over two decades of business and construction management experience. He started his career in the commercial construction industry while attending college at Midwestern State University, majoring in Business Management and minoring in Marketing. Ryan has worked in various construction industries holding nearly every position involved in the construction process. Ryan led a waterproofing division in the Central Texas area for over 10 years prior to co-founding CHM in 2011.

Terry Higgs

Terry Higgs serves as a Project Superintendent for the Central Texas Branch of CHM Weatherguard. Terry joined the CHM team in 2015 and brings over 3 decades of experience in waterproofing installation knowledge. His expertise in processes and materials covers every area of the field from small one-room buildings to large hotels; having worked for companies of all sizes that are "mom and pop" waterproofer's to large waterproofing corporations. Terry is a living breathing example of "Been There and Done That!" when it comes to waterproofing! When he is not waterproofing for Central Texas, Terry is an avid outdoorsman equally comfortable with bow, rifle, or fishing reel. If it is edible, he has processed it!

Trevor Armstrong

Before joining the CHM family in 2021 Trevor served as a Project Manager and Consultant in the construction materials/building envelope sector. Prior to that, Trevor spent 6 years as a Construction Materials Testing specialist. Trevor also served as a manager in the engineering field, and 3 years as a Building Enclosure Consultant. Trevor brings over a decade of experience in construction, which has allowed him to face adversity tactfully and with optimism. He believes communication is of utmost importance when managing projects and cost estimating to make sure the client is getting exactly what they want with the highest level of expertise. When he is not estimating, Trevor likes going to concerts and performing live shows.

Tyler Jones

Before joining the CHM family in 2019 Tyler served as a General Contractor in the remodeling sector as well as previously holding a production supervisor position for a large manufacturer. He has nearly a decade of experience in construction, which has allowed him to truly hone his skills in construction and project management. Before joining the CHM family in 2019, Tyler spent 3 years as a General Contractor in the Remodeling field, and 3 years as a Production Supervisor for Brauntex Materials. When he is not overseeing new projects for CHM, Tyler loves to spend time with his wife and 2 children.
