In the journey of life, every human being walks on a path of self discovery, knowledge, and understanding. Experiences along the way leave unforgettable impressions and imprints on us and our lives. While many of these will be positive and fulfilling, some may be complex, overwhelming, and too challenging to figure out alone... As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I am passionate and committed to joining and supporting clients in their journey of self-exploration and self-knowledge. For almost 20 years I have been devoted to working with children, individuals, and couples. I have years of working as a High School and Grade School Counselor, as well as, a grief support counselor with Hospice of Santa Cruz, a counselor with Suicide Prevention, and a counselor at Family Service Agency of the Central Coast.
