Clea Alber is a Brighton based Cognitive Behaviour Therapist Supervisor, accredited by the BABCP, with many years' of experience in mental health... I am a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, accredited by the BABCP (British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies). I trained in cognitive therapy in Brighton and Oxford, and have many years' experience of working in mental health, psychological and substance use services where I have offered individual and group therapy to adults with a wide range of difficulties. I am also an accredited supervisor and have provided clinical supervision to other therapists for over fifteen years... Prior to specialising in CBT, I obtained qualifications in mental health nursing, social work and the substance use speciality.
