Based out of Cleveland, Ohio, Brandon performs day-to-day duties as the lead client advocate. These responsibilities include oversight of the internal development workflow, consistent status reporting with supporting documentation to stakeholders, and on-time project delivery.

With 25 years in the telecommunications and IT industries, Mark brings to CloudSmartz a seasoned expertise in channel organization development from his tenures at notable firms like Hewlett-Packard and Oracle, and as a CRO at Nitel. His career, which began with Cincinnati Bell, Cable & Wireless, and AT&T, has been enriched by experiences in startups and major corporations alike, enabling him to meld rapid scalability strategies with established best practices in his role as Chief Revenue Officer.
Mark has been integrally involved in all aspects of the telecom and software industry, and his panoramic perspective uniquely qualifies him as CFO.
Mark guides the controller, treasury, shareholder relations, accounting, tax, and internal audit functions. His effective communication, predictive analysis of market trends, and forward thinking on the application of fintech solutions are vital in mapping out the strategic initiatives accounting for the current success and future sustained growth of CloudSmartz.

Munish is our technology lead in our Center of Excellence office in Chandigarh, India. He brings deep experience in executive IT leadership to the management of our teams-of-six across our entire client base in Agile and SCRUM methodologies, providing expertise and efficiencies to our global clients to meet their budget and timeline requirements.
Patrick is an entrepreneur and well-respected technology and connectivity executive with substantial experience in both the public and private sectors. Throughout his distinguished 30-year career, he has led or contributed to over $800m dollars in capital market transactions including an IPO which raised $240m in equity.
More recently, Mr Shutt co-founded and serves as the Managing Director of Durham Black, a merchant bank specializing in providing strategic advisory services to Communications and SaaS technology businesses at all stages of growth and transformation.
Mr. Shutt served as the CEO of Unitas Global from 2014-2023. Under his leadership, this Network as a Service (NaaS) company underwent substantial growth. Patrick successfully grew the new business division into a profitable company, posting annual revenues over $80m in 2022. During this tenure, the company also acquired INAP's network assets and announced a merger with Packet Fabric. As a result, the company's value reached $250m.
Prior to Unitas Global, Mr. Shutt served as Global Capacity CEO from 2002 to 2012 and later as Vice Chairman from 2012 to 2017. His strategic vision and decisive leadership drove the company to generate over $200 million in revenue. This growth was fueled organically and through the complex acquisitions of 20/20 Technologies, Magenta Netlogic, and Megapath. In 2017, Global Capacity was sold to GTT for $100m cash and 1.85m shares in publicly traded stock.
In 1997, Mr. Shutt co-founded Universal Access, where as CEO, he grew the company to $144 million in four years; an achievement that earned the organization the 2002 Deloitte and Touche Fast 500 Award as well as the premiere ranking of the fifth fastest-growing company in the US. In 2000, Mr. Shutt pioneered Universal Access' Goldman Sachs-led IPO, with an initial market capitalization of over $3 billion, which climbed to $5.5 billion at its peak.
Mr. Shutt began his career with Sprint Communications, subsequently followed by sales management positions with Cable and Wireless PLC and Teleport Communications Group (TCG).
