Clutch Athlete was developed to offer athletes of all sports and levels the opportunity to learn more about themselves and how to perform better under pressure. Mental toughness is not a fixed trait. It can be trained. However, it is easy for some, and much more difficult for others. Because of this, Clutch Athlete offers a scientifically-based model of mental toughness assessment and training which exposes each athlete to simulated competitive adversity, and utilizes mental and physiological conditioning to improve their individualized response to such pressure...
