Owner Terry Barnes has more than 28 years of experience developing and building in eastern Washington. His accomplishments at CORE and its affiliated companies* encompass investments of more than $25 million in our region.
Terry champions small business and faithfully uses local sub-contractors and suppliers whenever possible. "Relationships are invaluable in this industry.
