Anna received her physical therapy degree from Daemen College in Buffalo, New York. Being a competitive swimmer while growing up, she took an interest in sports and rehabilitation early which led her to a career in physical therapy. After graduating college, she began her professional career in New York City, working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic with emphasis on sports rehabilitation. Her experience there enabled her to advance clinically and professionally.
Anna developed a particular interest in rehabilitation following ACL reconstruction and was able to hone her skills while working with school-age soccer players, recreational adult soccer and rugby teams. She enjoys teaching physical therapy students as a part of her clinical experience and is an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor. Anna received certification of Advanced Hip Clinician from Hospital for Special Surgery and continues to advance her clinical skills in the area of hip preservation.
Outside of the clinic, Anna enjoys traveling around the country and Europe. She enjoys adventure trips, while experiencing local cuisine and wines, and beach vacations, as well as just enjoying family time in upstate New York.

Brian Buck holds over eighteen years of results-oriented healthcare experience specializing in revenue cycle, process improvement, finance, and financial analysis. Brian has a track record of building strong working relationships to help achieve organizational goals in a large private practice setting, large academic health system, and in a start-up healthcare company. As VP of Revenue Cycle, Brian is responsible for the development, organization and ongoing revenue management and reimbursement functions for JAG-ONE Physical Therapy. He is passionate about creating an environment that fosters innovation and process improvement.

Carla Buonviaggio graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the CUNY Graduate Center in 2010. Prior to obtaining her doctorate, Carla received her Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Adelphi University. She was inducted into the New York State Softball Hall of Fame in 2017.
Carla is very passionate about Sports Orthopedic Physical Therapy. She enjoys working with athletes and post-operative patients, with the goal of getting them back to their specific level of function. Carla is constantly continuing her education and she likes to use several philosophies, including those of Gray Cook and Shirley Sahrmann, to give her patients the most specific plan of care to achieve their goals. Carla is very serious about patient education and its importance in the successful rehabilitation of her patients. She has many years of experience administering the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), the Y balance test and she is currently level 2 certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and level 1 certified in RockTape.

Dan joined the JAG-ONE Physical Therapy Family in March of 2010. He has been Director of Rehabilitation since 2012. Dan earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Quinnipiac University. During his time at Quinnipiac he was trained in Cyriax, Maitland, McKenzie, and Mulligan manual physical therapy techniques. He was awarded the Carissa M. Neubig award for the Doctoral student who exemplified the 5 Values of: Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.
In between studying at Quinnipiac, Dan stayed busy as the Assistant Intramural Director and Supervisor of the Fitness Center, while also participating as a member of the Quinnipiac University Rugby team.
Dan specializes in rehabilitation of sports related injuries (All levels: Youth-Professional) and post-surgical patients. Another passion of his includes injury prevention. Dan provides complimentary seminars to the local community on injury prevention: Slips and Falls Prevention, Overuse Injuries in the Overhead Athlete, and Prevention of Knee Injuries in the Adolescent Athlete.
Dan is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). He is currently the Northern District Chair for the APTANJ, and has served as Delegate for New Jersey in the APTA's House of Delegates. He is also a Certified Clinical Instructor by the APTA

David is a licensed Athletic Trainer in the State of New Jersey, earning his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine from Quinnipiac University in 2008. In August 2012, he earned his Master of Business Administration with Concentration in Healthcare Management from Monmouth University. Since that time, Dave has been a part of the administrative team of JAG-ONE Physical Therapy with a primary focus on operations management. He continues to practice as an athletic trainer at various athletic events around the state, and spends his mornings at CrossFit West Essex in Fairfield, NJ, where he has been a Level-1 coach since 2013. He currently resides in Pequannock, NJ with his wife Shannon.

Diane O'Friel possesses an unparalleled understanding of healthcare experience specializing in the operations and management of outpatient physical therapy services. A bold, results-driven professional with a long and successful track record of executive operational leadership, Diane previously served as JAG-ONE Physical Therapy's Chief Strategy Officer. Working in partnership with Rich Bodian as the fabric of foundational growth of legacy One on One Physical Therapy, Diane's innate ability as a forward-thinking, innovative leader will serve to support JAG-ONE Physical Therapy's overall mission and long-term success. As COO, Diane is responsible for integrating the strategic plan of the organization with the operations and will spearhead long-term quality of care initiatives, market assessment, bottom-line planning, staffing and talent management.
Edward Zdanowicz graduated the University of Scranton with an Exercise Science Bachelor's degree in 2013 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016. Ed has experience treating those of all ages: he has worked at JAG-ONE Physical Therapy as a full-time, outpatient orthopedic physical therapist since graduating and practices treating the pediatric population in his free time. Through his experience in the outpatient setting, Ed has become well-versed and experienced treating many orthopedic and neurological in the athletic, geriatric, and pediatric population.

Erin joined JAG-ONE Physical Therapy in November of 2010. She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health at Stockton University and then attended Physical Therapy Assistant school at Union County College. In 2017 she graduated with her Masters in Healthcare Administration from Ohio University.
Erin has had the opportunity to grow within JAG-ONE Physical Therapy from a physical therapy aide to an administrative manager. She enjoys treating a wide range of conditions including overuse/athletic injuries, post-surgical cases, motor vehicle accidents, work related injuries and generalized conditioning/strengthening.
Erin has furthered her clinical skills and knowledge through involvement with various continuing education courses such as SFMA and LSVT BIG. She is a Graston Technique provider as well as Credentialed Clinical Instructor. Regional Clinical Director, Jeff Rigby, joined our physical therapy team in the spring of 2008. Jeff's background in fitness and athletics dates back even before he earned his physical therapy degree from Seton Hall University. He played professional soccer and brought his talents to both the United States and Germany. Fast-forward a few years and his focus has only slightly shifted away from the field. Today, Jeff currently runs our Hackensack practice to help others succeed in the same spot in which he played.
Jeff earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from esteemed Seton Hall University. Jeff joined the JAG-ONE Physical Therapy team in Spring 2008 and has used his orthopedic skills to improve our staff. He also played professional soccer in both Germany and the United States and coached youth soccer throughout New Jersey at numerous clubs. Jeff currently resides in Midland Park, NJ with his wife and 2 children, and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

The dynamic CEO of JAG-ONE Physical Therapy, John Gallucci Jr., MS, ATC, PT, DPT, is in demand for his expertise in injury prevention, rehabilitation, sports medicine and athletic conditioning. He has appeared often on radio and television, including ESPN's award-winning "Outside the Lines", MSG Varsity, NJ News 12, WFAN and is a popular public speaker.

Currently, John is the Medical Coordinator for Major League Soccer (MLS), coordinating the medical care of more than 500 professional soccer players. Gallucci is the former Head Trainer of the New York Red Bulls MLS team and is a Sports Medicine consultant for professional athletes in the NHL, NFL, NBA, MLB, and USA Wrestling. John has also worked in the Athletic Departments of Columbia University, New York University and Long Island University, and has been a Clinical Instructor at Columbia University, Seton Hall University, Rutgers University, and Dominican College. John is the former Program Director of Barnabas Health's Sport Medicine Institute and also serves as an appointed member of New Jersey Governor Christie's Council on Physical Fitness and Sport. Karen Hartigan joined the JAG-ONE team in September of 2019 and is currently the Director of Community Outreach. Karen is a graduate of West Chester University, PA with a teaching degree in Health and Physical Education, Adaptive Physical Education, and with NATA certification in Athletic Training. Karen has an extensive background including over 25 years of experience in outpatient healthcare. Karen's expertise includes building collaborative teams, implementing/developing a sales organization, data analysis, business/relationship development, sales management, sales training, and achieving/exceeding growth goals. Karen has worked as an Athletic Trainer in varying scopes of practice including high school, college, professional sports teams, as well as in the entertainment industry in the New York/New Jersey area. Karen's interests include gardening, interior design, off-roading and most recently raising chickens, ducks, and geese on her Pennsylvania farm.

JAG-ONE Physical Therapy is proud to serve the idyllic town of Cedar Knolls, New Jersey under our Clinical Director, Kristy Racz. Kristy joined the JAG-ONE Physical Therapy team in 2014 after graduating magna cum laude from Gettysburg College and Rutgers University's School of Medicine and Dentistry. She pursued her interests in athletics and helping others by working with an orthopedic clinic in South Jersey before coming up North to apply her talents with JAG-ONE Physical Therapy.

Marissa joined JAG-ONE Physical Therapy in August of 2012 and has been treating out of our West Orange clinic since. She studied Kinesiology at Temple University and attended Physical Therapy school at Touro College. During her time as a student, she had exposure to a variety of specialties including orthopedics with a sports focus, acute care at Hackensack Hospital and subacute care primarily consisting of neuro rehab for stroke and spinal cord injuries.

Michael Wylykanowitz Jr. joined the JAG-ONE Physical Therapy family in May 2011, and is currently treating patients as the Clinical Director of Rehabilitation at the Princeton facility. He graduated from the renowned Drexel University in April 2011, where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He also performed his undergraduate work at Drexel University earning a B.S. in Health Sciences. Currently, Michael is one of JAG-ONE Physical Therapy Golf Fitness Instructors having his certification from the Titleist Performance Institute. Michael enjoys rehabilitating a variety of patients, ranging from high school/college athletes to the weekend warrior. Michael currently resides in Bridgewater, NJ.

Mike earned his master's degree in physical therapy from the esteemed Northeastern University program in 2004. Mike has since enjoyed rehabilitating a variety of different patients, including local high school and elite college athletes, as well as professional soccer, baseball, and lacrosse athletes. Sara graduated from Richard Stockton College of NJ (now Stockton University) in 2004 with a Bachelor's in Marine Science. A few years later, Sara went back to Stockon to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and graduated in 2011. Sara previously worked at Integrity Physical Therapy for 3 years prior to JAG-ONE acquiring Integrity in 2021. She enjoys all populations, but especially older adults, because she likes to see them overcome some fears/challenges that they often time think will be permanent limitations for them. Sara is cer tifi ed in the Graston Technique. Sara enjoys being a Clinical Director because she enjoys learn ing from the students, especially their creativity in new exercises/techniques; and at the same time, I feel honored to help a new PT continue to learn and grow as clinicians as they enter the field. Stu Schwerner graduated with his Master of Science Athletic Training and Sports Science degree in 1993 from Long Island University's Brooklyn campus. Upon graduation, he spent three years as the athletic trainer for Saint John's University. He then spent seven years with New York New Jersey Metro Stars of Major League Soccer as their head athletic trainer. He was also the West Milford District High School Athletic Trainer for seven years. Stu has been with JAG-ONE Physical Therapy for 13 years as the Director of Community Outreach and Worker's Compensation. He is is passionate about prevention of injury programs and proper ergonomics.
