Anna Palkin

Anna received her physical therapy degree from Daemen College in Buffalo, New York. Being a competitive swimmer while growing up, she took an interest in sports and rehabilitation early which led her to a career in physical therapy. After graduating college, she began her professional career in New York City, working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic with emphasis on sports rehabilitation. Her experience there enabled her to advance clinically and professionally. Anna developed a particular interest in rehabilitation following ACL reconstruction and was able to hone her skills while working with school-age soccer players, recreational adult soccer and rugby teams. She enjoys teaching physical therapy students as a part of her clinical experience and is an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor. Anna received certification of Advanced Hip Clinician from Hospital for Special Surgery and continues to advance her clinical skills in the area of hip preservation. Outside of the clinic, Anna enjoys traveling around the country and Europe. She enjoys adventure trips, while experiencing local cuisine and wines, and beach vacations, as well as just enjoying family time in upstate New York.

As VP of Revenue Cycle, Brian is responsible for the development, organization and ongoing revenue management and reimbursement functions for JAG-ONE Physical Therapy. Carla Buonviaggio

Carla Buonviaggio graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the CUNY Graduate Center in 2010. Prior to obtaining her doctorate, Carla received her Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Adelphi University. She was inducted into the New York State Softball Hall of Fame in 2017. Carla is very passionate about Sports Orthopedic Physical Therapy. She enjoys working with athletes and post-operative patients, with the goal of getting them back to their specific level of function. Carla is constantly continuing her education and she likes to use several philosophies, including those of Gray Cook and Shirley Sahrmann, to give her patients the most specific plan of care to achieve their goals. Carla is very serious about patient education and its importance in the successful rehabilitation of her patients. She has many years of experience administering the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), the Y balance test and she is currently level 2 certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and level 1 certified in RockTape.

Dan joined the JAG-ONE Physical Therapy Family in March of 2010. He has been Director of Rehabilitation since 2012. Dan earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Quinnipiac University. During his time at Quinnipiac he was trained in Cyriax, Maitland, McKenzie, and Mulligan manual physical therapy techniques. He was awarded the Carissa M. Neubig award for the Doctoral student who exemplified the 5 Values of: Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. In between studying at Quinnipiac, Dan stayed busy as the Assistant Intramural Director and Supervisor of the Fitness Center, while also participating as a member of the Quinnipiac University Rugby team. Dan specializes in rehabilitation of sports related injuries (All levels: Youth-Professional) and post-surgical patients. Another passion of his includes injury prevention. Dan provides complimentary seminars to the local community on injury prevention: Slips and Falls Prevention, Overuse Injuries in the Overhead Athlete, and Prevention of Knee Injuries in the Adolescent Athlete. Since that time, Dave has been a part of the administrative team of JAG-ONE Physical Therapy with a primary focus on operations management. Edward Zdanowicz

Edward Zdanowicz graduated the University of Scranton with an Exercise Science Bachelor's degree in 2013 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016. Ed has experience treating those of all ages: he has worked at JAG-ONE Physical Therapy as a full-time, outpatient orthopedic physical therapist since graduating and practices treating the pediatric population in his free time. Through his experience in the outpatient setting, Ed has become well-versed and experienced treating many orthopedic and neurological in the athletic, geriatric, and pediatric population.

Regional Clinical Director, Jeff Rigby, joined our physical therapy team in the spring of 2008. Jeff's background in fitness and athletics dates back even before he earned his physical therapy degree from Seton Hall University. He played professional soccer and brought his talents to both the United States and Germany. Fast-forward a few years and his focus has only slightly shifted away from the field. Today, Jeff currently runs our Hackensack practice to help others succeed in the same spot in which he played. Jeff earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from esteemed Seton Hall University. Jeff joined the JAG-ONE Physical Therapy team in Spring 2008 and has used his orthopedic skills to improve our staff. Kristy joined the JAG-ONE Physical Therapy team in 2014 after graduating magna cum laude from Gettysburg College and Rutgers University's School of Medicine and Dentistry. Sara Gregg

Sara graduated from Richard Stockton College of NJ (now Stockton University) in 2004 with a Bachelor's in Marine Science. A few years later, Sara went back to Stockon to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and graduated in 2011.
