Judy S. Kalisker is the Founder and Principal of Compliance Plus, a company that provides outsourced human resources services to employers of all sizes. She has over thirty years of experience in employment law and human resources compliance, providing legal advice, conducting internal workplace investigations and interactive training, and helping managers and human resources professionals balance employee rights and business needs. Judy has managed and conducted hundreds of workplace investigations of complex matters, including alleged discrimination, harassment, retaliation, financial and expense reporting irregularities, time card fraud, and Title IX sexual misconduct investigations for educational institutions. She is often hired to provide expert analysis and testimony regarding the effectiveness of workplace investigations.

Kelli Doré

Kelli Doré, HR Consultant, has over 17 years of human resources experience with small to mid-size organizations. She has successfully implemented entire HR functions for growing organizations, providing guidance and support to all levels of leadership. Her experience encompasses project management, change management, organizational development and corporate communications. She has extensive experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, HRIS implementations, HR workflow development, training and development, and benefits administration. In addition, Kelli brings skills and experience in partnering with management in both for-profit and not-for-profit employers, maintaining focus on the goals of the business while maximizing employee engagement. Kelli works to develop managers, so they can in turn develop, motivate and retain their talent. Kelli holds a Master's Degree in Communication Management with a focus on Corporate Communications from the University of Southern California. Kelli is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA). In addition to her "day job," Kelli works with animal welfare organizations, serves on her local food pantry board and is actively engaged in programs supporting community welfare. Kelli also enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, soaking up the warm sunshine at the beach or gardening with her family.
