The Community Support Brokerage (CSB), founded in 1997, is a private, not-for-profit, person-centered, 501(c)(3) organization based in Eugene, Oregon, and licensed as a supported living provider in Lane County... We support people with significant intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to make the important decisions that affect their lives, and control the resources they need to have the lifestyles they choose. CSB believes that people with disabilities and their families are the experts concerning the supports they need. CSB operates a consumer directed brokerage in Lane County... The individuals we serve live in a variety of community-based residential arrangements. Some still live at home with their parents. Some live in homes of their own, with live in support. Some live in apartments or duplexes with part-time or full-time support.
