Aaron Orban

With over 30 years in the public service, Aaron Orban currently serves as the Executive Director of the Audit, Information Management and Safety Division of Integrated Justice Services. In his role he serves as the Chief Access and Privacy Officer, Safety Champion and Culture Co-Champion for the Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety, the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General and Integrated Justice Services. He believes in creating team environments where everyone can contribute as their authentic selves and where everyone can lead. Aaron is passionate about supporting those he works with and believes that his greatest success comes when his team and the people who are part of it are successful. Born and raised in Regina, Aaron holds a B.A. and a B.S.W. from the University of Regina. He is married to a great woman and has two awesome daughters. They are active in the community and are generally pretty busy volunteering for all sorts of things. In his spare time Aaron dabbles in all sorts of hobbies, calling himself a Jack-of-all trades, master of none.

Daniel Hersche

Daniel is the President and CEO at the Global Transportation Hub. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration (2010) from the University of Regina with a major in Accounting. Daniel has spent the last decade working in a variety of accounting positions within public sector organizations that include: SaskTel, SaskPower and SLGA. With a strong desire to give back to his community, Daniel is an active volunteer and is involved with a number of local organizations. Daniel believes that COR is doing amazing things in the community to build and promote an inclusive culture and is excited at the opportunity to be a part of COR's Board of Directors. Michele D. Cameron (she/her) is a Certified Leadership Empowerment Coach, Public Speaker and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategist. She holds a Master of Human Resource Management. Michele is the Director of Diversity, Inclusion and Employee Wellbeing at Federated Co-operatives Limited. She is also the Founder of The Live Fiercely Coach, a company focused on influencing a world, so everyone feels valued and as though they belong. She lives by and believes that she was placed on this earth to connect, inspire, and engage and she does so authentically, compassionately and with a fervour that's her own.

Kevan McBeth

Kevan is a one-of-a-kind leader that has built a higher level of human stewardship in some of Canada‘s Top 100 companies. His unique and innovative programs have gained both national and international acclaim, and in 2012 he was named one of Canada's Top Diversity Influencer's. Kevan is the former Chair of the Canadian Down Syndrome Society, is a member of the Canadian Association for Supported Employment and an Advisory Council member of the home-grown initiative 4to40, which engages local employers to consider job customization for employees with disabilities.

Patti Pacholek

Evan Lascue began his career in the construction industry. This ingrained in Evan an appreciation of the trades and helped him develop the grit and character he would carry to all of his future endeavours. Evan completed a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and worked in Drilling and Completions Engineering with Sinopec Daylight Energy in Calgary before moving back to Saskatchewan. Prior to joining Avana, Evan developed skills in commercial operations and project management with the Co-op Refinery Complex, managed finance and administration for a local marketing firm, and gained experience in residential property development. Evan's portfolio of completed projects is over $100M of residential and commercial properties in Saskatchewan and Alberta. Evan thrives when breaking down complex problems, planning, organizing, and facilitating the execution of projects while communicating effectively and encouraging collaboration. Holding competence, responsibility, accountability, and safety paramount, Evan leads Avana's planning, project management, and construction teams. Furthermore, Evan interacts with government and regulatory bodies and heads Avana's Innovation division, focusing on energy efficiency and construction technology, ensuring Avana's future builds are more refined, more efficient, and of better quality than the last.

Presley Gibler

Presley Gibler is an investment management professional with over 12 years of experience in the industry. Currently Manager, Client Support Group at TD Asset Management, she has a passion for connecting business with technology solutions in an effort to increase efficiencies and ultimately improve the client experience. Presley has spent over 10 years with TD Asset Management (formerly Greystone Managed Investments Inc.), having held a number of roles on both the operational and investment sides of the business. Presley earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Regina and has been a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder since 2018. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, music, and working on her golf swing. Patti is a lawyer by trade. Over her 25 year legal career she has practiced law with a major law firm, did securities litigation and regulation for the Saskatchewan Securities Commission and worked with a public insurance company. Patti has extensive professional and volunteer board experience ranging from local and national museum boards to health and communications boards. She is well versed in the workings of volunteer boards valuing and promoting good governance. Patti operates with a high degree of integrity and fairness.

Ragulan Rahunathan

Ragulan is a Senior Director, Saskatchewan Auto Fund Claims, with over 15 years of experience in broker, underwriting and claims environments. Originally from Toronto, Ragulan spent 12 years in the insurance industry there before moving to Regina. Currently, He is Senior Director of Corporate Casualty claims where he and his team are accountable to drive strategic direction and provide risk oversight to injury and subrogation claims. Ragulan completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ontario Tech University and recently completed an MBA in Executive Management from the University of Regina. In his spare time, Ragulan enjoys travelling with His wife and children and reading about world leaders Ragulan is passionate about leadership, strategic planning, and risk management.

Tara Osipoff - VP

Tara is the Vice President, Tourism, Marketing and Communications at REAL. Tara is a leader, a teammate, a teacher, a student, a marketer, a strategist, and the list goes on. No matter what hat she is wearing, she approaches everything with a human-first mindset. This means operating from a place of empathy that allows an understanding of not only the "how?", but the "why?". As a people-first kind of leader, she always tries to bring a compassionate approach to her leadership style. Born and raised in Regina, Mya obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Regina in 2009, graduated from law school at the University of Saskatchewan in 2012, and was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2013. Mya started her legal career at Kanuka Thuringer LLP right out of law school and has been practicing with Kanuka since, accepting a Partnership position as of January 1st, 2022. Mya's practice is based primarily in the areas of corporate commercial and business law, as well as the areas of lotteries and gaming. When Mya is not working you can typically find her at home chasing around her two toddlers and two dogs, in the kitchen experimental baking or out for a jog. In the summertime, Mya also enjoys spending weekends with her family out at the lake.
