Disciples CDC was founded in 1991 and is located at the intersection of Blacks Road and Riley Smith Drive. It began as a Mother's Morning Out program. Through the years we have earned the reputation of a respected and sought after Child Development Center... Our mission is to provide a loving and nurturing Christian environment where we can offer an enriching foundation for your child's life-long learning and creative growth. Our goal is to help children develop self confidence in their individual abilities... Our CDC staff consists of 19 extraordinary women who love and care for our children. Our curriculum is based on an understanding of how children grow and develop and how they learn to make sense of the world around them through play and interaction. Knowing that children are naturally curious and that they learn best when they are actively engaged, we strive to teach science, math, reading and writing readiness concepts through hands-on, sensory-oriented activities.
