DIVAS UNITED

In 1999 while on tour with "The African American Women on Tour Empowerment Conference "in Chicago, a group of true Divas discussed the possibility of establishing an official Divas Organization.  Divas United became a national organization in less than a year with 500 plus members, by our Grand Diva, Joann Tolbert-Yancy, an author and powerful speaker.Divas United is an organization that supports the efforts of women to achieve professional, educational, career, cultural and economic development necessary to manage their own careers and personal lives and control their own destinies Over the last nineteen (19) years our organization has grown tremendously.
