EDCHEW

Ed Chew is both an academic and a practitioner who runs a solo practice called EDCHEW Architect. He holds a bachelor‘s degree with First Class Honors from Deakin University, Australia and a recipient of several awards during his undergraduate studies. In 2011, Ed Chew gained international recognition by winning the Grand Jury Prize in an international lighting competition organized by Inhabitat.com and Philips USA. His 2015 entry to the UNESCO Bamiyan Cultural Centre Design Competition was among the fifteen entries out of 1,070 design proposals from 117 countries, selected to grace the exhibition hall of the Garden of Babur, Afghanistan.
