We are a true family-owned restaurant, proudly dedicated to using locally sourced ingredients as much as possible, partnering with local farms. Offering sustainable seafood, dry aged beef, prime pork, and the freshest produce... Three months later, we re-opened, different but better! With only our family as staff, we rose from the dust stronger and better. Our business model was forced to change. The pandemic took it's toll on us...
