Alexis May Charrys

Alexis May Charrys is currently a fourth year doctoral student at the Florida School of Professional Psychology. Alexis gained her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at the Florida School of Professional Psychology in 2018, her graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas in 2016, her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and Child and Adolescent Development from Capella University in 2015, and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hawaii Pacific University Psychology in 2007. Alexis has been working in the mental health field for the past 8 years and is currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Virginia, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. Alexis specializes in early interventions, dual diagnosis, social skills, functional communication training, life skills, supervision, consulting, and training. Alexis has served as a subject matter expert for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and has provided trainings to law enforcement on topics such as Autism Spectrum Disorder. Alexis believes in an integrative approach to ensure that each individual's needs are met, while providing high quality of care. ​

Ashley A. Pease

Ashley has spent over 20 years in Early Childhood Development before coming into the field of ABA. She has a BA in Management and Organizational Leadership from SPC as well as a MA in Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of West Florida. She has been a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) since 2018 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in February of 2020. She has a passion for teaching kids that appear to be unreachablewhile utilizing the tools of ABA, and genuinely love seeing their progress over time.

Kaitlyn Benfield

Kaitlyn became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in October of 2020. Ka itlyn received her Bachelor's Degree in Health Education and Behavior, from the University of Florida in 2016. Her Master's Degree in Exceptional Student Education with a Concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of West Florida in August of 2020. Kaitlyn has worked in the field of Developmental Disabilities and Autism, since 2014. Kaitlyn has experience working with clients within the school, community, and their family homes providing high quality ABA services.

Leigh Anne Chester

Leigh Anne received her Bachelor's Degree in Specific Learning Disabilities, from the University of South Florida in 2001 and her Master's Degree in Exceptional Student Education with a Concentration in Behavior Disorders, from the University of South Florida in 2012. Leigh Anne has worked in the field of Developmental Disabilities and Autism, since 2000. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2007 and has held Professional Teaching Certificates in Exceptional Student Education and Elementary Education (since 2001). Leigh Anne has extensive experience working within the public school system and collaborates with multiple schools to provide educator training and exceptional student program creation. She provides high quality ABA therapy to students within the school, community and their family homes. She also has experience with providing Social Skills and Functional Communication Training-Verbal Behavior (VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R programs).

Stephanie L. Stribling

Stephanie received her Bachelor's degree from St. Petersburg College in Management and Organizational Leadership in 2010. She completed the Educator Preparation Institute program from Pasco-Hernando State College in 2011. In January 2019 she received her post baccalaureate in Autism Studies from St. Josephs University. Stephanie received her Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst certificate in 2019. Stephanie has been providing ABA services to clients in school, home, and community setting.
