Brian Cliburn - CEO

Brian has over 21 years of delivery experience within public sector information technology. Brian comes from a system's background which has been focused on delivering various public sector programs for the State of Florida and the State of North Carolina. Brian has worked with various state agencies, including system delivery and maintenance operation efforts with the FL Agency for Workforce Innovation (DEO), the FL Department of Business & Professional Regulation, the FL State Technology Office (AST), the NC Department of Administration, the FL Department of Management Services, and the FL Department of Financial Services. He served as a delivery lead for Florida's procurement program, MyFloridaMarketPlace, and served as the Technology lead and System Integrator Deputy Project Manager for Florida's PALM system implementation. He now serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Five Points Technology Group focusing on Health and Human Services and Public Sector Technology Services. Brian enjoys working on teams, fixing things that are broken, breaking things to make them better, hiking in national parks, cycling, anything competitive, and believes FSU should always go for it on fourth and one.

Chris Pantaleon

Chris Pantaleon is the Director of Business Development at Five Points Technology Group and is primarily responsible for cultivating new client relationships, maintaining existing client relationships, and formulating strategic partnerships with organizations centered on complete solution offerings. Chris' responsibilities have included managing a line of business for consulting services to private and public agencies in the Health and Human Service arena. These consulting services are comprised of evaluating and re-engineering business processes and designing technologies that support them; Information Technology management services, and acting as an executive advisor for overseeing enterprise strategic alignment of Operations and IT while identifying organizational change management opportunities. Over the past 20 years, Chris has developed his experience working in the private and public sectors. Starting in the early 2000's, he supervised a Sales and Account Executive team charged with managing new and existing client relationships. Understanding the operational and technical challenges of organizations and acting as the liaison between the customer and IT is one of his strengths. From 2007-2011, Chris was a part of the Executive Management Team at the Florida Department of Children and Families serving as the Acting Chief Information Officer and Director of Operational Support. While at DCF, Chris managed the operations of 4 statewide call centers and was involved with several technology initiatives including the pilot of mobile technology for investigators, MyACCESS Account (the online portal for ESS clients,) and the expansion of VoIP services. In 2015 - 2017, Chris consulted and supported the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services' leadership team. Relevant projects included the approval of a Planning Advanced Planning Document (PAPD) outlining the transition to a Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) environment, the launch and deployment mobile technology for licensing and 1,000 child welfare professionals, the decommission of legacy and consolidation of disparate IT systems, and the expansion data sharing between agencies to improve service delivery. When not at work, Chris enjoys spending time with family and friends and outdoor activities like boating and fishing.

Liz VanAcker - COO

For the past 21 years, Elizabeth "Liz" VanAcker has dedicated herself to using technology solutions in partnership with those responsible for improving the lives of our most vulnerable populations. As Chief Operating Offer at Five Points Technology Group, Liz is responsible for the growth of trusted partnerships with our existing customers and the forging of new relationships within the changing landscape of Health and Human Services. Liz additionally manages the daily operations of customer systems, new system implementations, and operational support through the direction of technical, security, business infrastructure and resource utilization at Five Points. During her first hands-on experience in Health and Human Services, she saw an unprecedented need for improvements to business workflow. Liz envisioned intuitive and easy to use software solutions designed to drive organizational and fiscal efficiencies. As Project Director for the Institute for Health and Human Services Research, Liz managed the administration of state and federal contracts, meeting with those responsible for the implementation of long-range social service planning in private, public and non-profit business sectors. In 2007, Liz joined Five Points Technology Group as the Chief Executive Officer, responsible for growth in the Health and Human services sector managing. Her expertise is utilized on numerous projects, including implementation of systems in caring for clients in Child Welfare, Mental Health and Substance Abuse, including the data integration of Florida's Child Welfare System.

Michael Jackman

Michael has over 20 years of delivery experience within public sector information technology. This has included programs for the State of Florida and the State of North Carolina. Michael has worked with various state agencies, including system delivery and maintenance operation efforts with the FL Department of Health (DOH), the NC Department of Administration (DOA), the FL Department of Management Services (DMS), and the FL Department of Financial Services (DFS). He has served as the technical architect and implementation lead for several State modernization and upgrade projects of enterprise systems including the Florida and North Carolina vendor systems, Florida and North Carolina enterprise integration systems, Florida and North Carolina SAP Ariba systems and components including Buyer, Analysis, and Sourcing. He served as technology lead for both the Florida's procurement program, MyFloridaMarketPlace, and for the Florida PALM system implementation. Michael is focused on assisting customers achieve value through cloud technology service adoption and enterprise system architecture analysis. Michael enjoys using information technology to solve complex, enterprise problems, mountain biking and hiking, board games, and traveling to explore food and wine.

Rob Reed

As Senior Vice President of Technical Operations at Five Points Technology Group, Rob is responsible for daily oversight of operational infrastructure for the Five Points technical team of security staff, application architects, programmers, business analysts, data analysts and quality assurance personnel. Rob's management of technical operations includes the implementation of new and enhancement of customer information systems. He is also responsible for integration to outside system interfaces and updated technical solutions. For the past 20 years, Rob's history of service and contribution through the implementation of innovative technology solutions for public sector health and human services have earned statewide recognition, including Florida's TaxWatch Davis Productivity Award and the Intersystems Innovator Award for technical excellence. Rob has been responsible for leading the Five Points developer team through a number of state level system integrations including the Florida Safe Families Network, connecting the state of Florida Child Welfare SACWIS with Florida community based care organizations, the Texas IMPACT system which connects Texas Child Welfare SACWIS systems to SSCC's and lead agencies, CBC Integrated Health providing shared data systems with the Agency for Health Care Administration (ACHA), Florida CBC's, Sunshine Health and Centene. His work with the Texas Provider Gateway connects SSCC lead agencies with child welfare agencies through the DFPS placement system, and his accomplishments within Iowa and Kansas Child Welfare provide automated integration to state financial systems and federal criminal background check systems for provider licensing requirements. Rob enjoys working with teams to problem solve and improve process through the use of technologies. Outside of work he enjoys playing ice hockey, golfing, boating and listening to music.
