FROST WINES

For the most part, there are three types of wine drinkers. There are those who, for many reasons, want to be wine drinkers or are simply curious. All wine drinkers have fallen into this category at some point. We may have had different reasons for our curiosity, but we were all there! We call this group, "the newbies". There is the second group which we call "the sophisticates". This group is comprised of those who can taste the most subtle hint of flavor but are unable to enjoy a "bad" wine. And then, there is our group, the group in which we hope all can belong to at some point in their life. This is the group in which you have graduated from being the "newbie", may or may not have ever been a "sophisticate", but can simply enjoy the wine as much for the experience as the flavor.
