Andrew Frisch, is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of Florida, New York, and New Jersey, the State of Georgia, Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia, Eastern and Western Districts of Tennessee, District of Colorado, Northern and Southern Districts of Texas, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern District of Michigan, District of North Dakota, and the Court of Federal Claims, as well as the U.S. District Courts of Appeal for the Third, Fifth, Sixth and Eleventh Circuits. He graduated from the University of Michigan, with honors, in 1997, with an undergraduate degree in Political Science and received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2000. Attorney Andrew Frisch founded the Frisch Law Firm, to help employees recover their wrongfully denied overtime and unpaid wages. Attorney Andrew Frisch and the Frisch Law Firm merged into Morgan & Morgan, P.A., the largest Plaintiff/Victim's Rights law firm in the United States, in 2007. Morgan & Morgan and Andrew Frisch have offices throughout Florida, New York, Georgia, California, Tennessee, Michigan, Tennessee, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Massachusetts, Arkansas, Indiana, and South Carolina, and work with attorneys throughout the entire United States pursuing Class Action Overtime Lawsuits, Collective Action Overtime Lawsuits and Individual Overtime Lawsuits, as well as lawsuits concerning unpaid wages, fair pay, and equal pay.
