The goal of GGC is to teach gymnastics in a comfortable atmosphere that is enjoyable and fun yet stresses the importance of progression and striving for excellence. We believe the benefits of our competitive program go beyond physical and competitive aspects... I started gymnastics when we moved to Puyallup at 4-1/2 years old. I competed the compulsory levels at the Mel Korum YMCA, and then, moved over to Grace to compete optionals. I have been coaching for 13 years now, ranging from pre-school gymnastics to level 10. Throughout my career, I have coached multiple event and all-around state/regional champions and locked in two state team titles in a row...all while coaching with Kevin! I'd say we are a pretty good duo! When I was younger I always said I was going to be a school teacher. As I got older, I thought I was going to become an accountant, but when I started coaching, nothing else interested me anymore. I knew I wanted to continue coaching.
