HARBOUR PERIODONTICS - Key Persons

Dr. Gary Clark is a board certified periodontist with 17 years' experience. Dr. Clark graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) in 1990. He spent 4 years as a dental officer in the Canadian Forces Dental Services with postings in Halifax, N.S., and Gander, NFLD. He returned to the University of Toronto in 1994 for post-graduate specialty training in Periodontics, becoming a board certified periodontist in 1996. Dr. Clark has continued to advance his education with continuing education programs. He has a special interest in implant surgery and has placed over 3,000 implants to date. Dr. Clark is a past president of the Canadian Academy of Periodontology, the national organization of Canadian periodontists. He is a member of the Canadian Academy of Periodontology, the Canadian Dental Association and the Ontario Dental Association. He is also an Editorial Consultant for the Journal of the Canadian Dental Association. Dr. Clark enjoys the Georgian Bay lifestyle. He loves to sail in the summer and cross-country ski in the winter.
