Mr. Tekniker has held contract and project management positions with for nearly 20 years. Throughout his professional life, he has gained extensive experience in project management with specific focus on contract forms, contract and correspondence preparation, contract-claim management, scheduling and delay analysis, evaluation of sub-contract tenders including management of pre-bid and post-bid correspondence. Mr Tekniker has experience in infrastructure projects such as oil and gas, hospitals, building and shopping centers as deputy project manager, commercial, contract, claim and project control manager. Continuing his career, he took responsibilities in all aspects of project and contract-claim management including preparation and negotiation of contractor's cost and time-extension claims, variation proposals, arbitration and establishment of project management tools. Mr. Tekniker holds a BSc degree in Civil Engineering of Istanbul Technical University and MSc from Istanbul Bilgi University in Financial Economics. He is a Member of Chamber of Civil Engineers, İstanbul. Mr. Tekniker has residency in Turkey.

Mr Gurcay is an experienced architect and project manager. He has held commercial and project management positions with Owners, Employers and major Contractors. He has extensive experience in all aspects of contracts from tenders, through to post contract issues. Mr Gurcay's on-hand site experience is in excess of 35 years. Mr Gurcay commenced his professional career working as a site architect in Turkey. During his career he has taken field, design and project management positions in various prestigious projects in Turkey. For the last 15 years he has acted as a consultant to clients in the Turkish construction sector. Mr Gurcay's experience includes involvement in a wide variety of projects such as airports, housing, commercial, landscaping and client training in Turkey. He advises ICM Consulting strictly for Turkish construction market in technical aspects. He is also an expert in autocad software.

Mr Aykın has held contract and project management positions for nearly 20 years and gained extensive experience in contract-claim management and project management with specific focus on contract forms, contract preparation, scheduling, contract-claim management, evaluation of tenders including management of pre-bid and post-bid correspondence. He serves as claims consultant and expert witness in international arbitrations. Mr Aykın started his professional career in Kazakhstan as a Planning and Cost Control Engineer for a major Contractor. Thereafter, he moved to Uzbekistan to work within the team of consultants in the World Bank and Asian Development Bank funded projects to establish the main steps of the project management cycle starting from tender to implementation stage. Throughout his career, Mr Aykın occupied contract and claim manager posts; held titles such as Deputy Team Leader, Tender Preparation and Evaluation Specialist; and took responsibilities in all aspects of project and contract-claim management including assessment of contractor's cost and time-extension claims, assessment of variations and establishment of project management tools. Further to his extensive experience in multidisciplinary international projects in Central Asia, he gained experience in Turkey working for various Contractors holding contract management and planning positions.

Melvyn has more than 40 years of international experience and acts as outside consultant to ICM. He is based in London, UK. During his career, Melvyn has gained wide experience in preparation and prosecution of final accounts and contractual claims under most of the standard forms of main contract and subcontract for contractors and subcontractors and in defence of claims for contractors. He is an experienced expert witness in litigation and arbitration and has been involved in several mediations. He has experience giving evidence under cross examination and has represented parties in over 30 Adjudications. Melvyn is experienced in assisting solicitors and counsel in the preparation of statements of case for arbitration and litigation proceedings and in proofing witnesses in their statements. Melvyn acts as quantum expert in arbitration and litigation. Melvyn has extensive International experience carrying out contract administration and preparation and negotiation of financial and extension of time claims on behalf of contractors and sitting as member on international dispute boards. Melvyn's expertise encompasses major civil engineering, building, oil and gas and MEP projects both in the UK and Internationally. He was the former Managing Director of Leach Group from 2004 to 2020 and following Leach Group 2018 merger into JS Held also became a Vice President for the Construction Advisory division. Melvyn now operates as Managing Director of Melvyn Smith International Consulting Ltd.

Mr Blood has held contract, commercial and project management positions with Owners, Employers and major Contractors for in excess of 35 years. He has extensive experience in all aspects of contracts from tenders, contracts, through to post contract claims and dispute resolution, with special emphasis on detailed contractual analysis, drafting of contracts and sub contracts, claims analysis, preparation and presentation and dispute resolution matters. Mr Blood commenced his professional career in Australia as an electrical engineer working on energy and power distribution projects. He moved to Singapore to assume a role as Senior Contracts Administrator for the Singapore Mass Rapid Transit Corporation during the construction of the Metro and then to Europe as Commercial Manager and Project Manager on the Channel Tunnel Project for both the tender and execution phases. For the last 25 years he has acted as a consultant to clients in the Energy, Transport and Water sectors. Mr Blood's experience includes involvement in a wide variety of projects such as thermal and hydro power, heavy and light rail, highways, tunnels, desalination plants, systems such as signalling, telecommunications, energy management and formal client training in Australasia, Europe, Middle East North Africa, South Asia, Far East Asia and the Americas (North and South). Mr Blood is a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering awarded by University of Technology Sydney Australia and is a Chartered Professional Engineer, Member of the Institute of Engineers (Aust.) and a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts in UK. Mr Blood speaks English and French fluently. Mr Blood has residency in Turkey, England and Australia.

Ms. Tarcan holds a BSc degree in Statistics from Istanbul Yildiz Technical University. She serves as Business Manager for ICM Consulting responsible for all day to day company activities. Her duties include financial leadership, coordination of budgeting and analysis requirements determined by the corporate officers, manage the monthly close process in a timely and accurate manner, oversee the cash flow, support internal communication activities in the company, market research and writing various reports as well as assistance to consultants. Ms Tarcan speaks Turkish as mother tongue and in addition she speaks English.
