ICTRS

Dear Friends, the first ICTRS conference took place in 2012 at Hilton Sofia Hotel in Bulgaria, followed by 11 successful editions, organized in several European countries: The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Greece, Italy, and Spain, inspired by the work of Blagovest Shishkov, who established and led this conference series until his decease in 2015. Actually, three times in its history ICTRS has been organized in Rhodes, Greece, following key collaborations with Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. I am proud to have had the strength to keep this conference running after 2015, counting on the more than valuable support of Andon Lazarov (Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy, Bulgaria), Dimitris Mitrakos (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece) as well as Marijn Janssen and Alexander Verbraeck from Delft University of Technology (The Netherlands).
