Caitlin Hutt

Hello, I'm Caitlin. I grew up in Chesterfield, NH, and graduated from Keene Highschool in 2008. I moved to Kentucky shortly after getting my Associates's degree in applied science as a Veterinary Technician. I moved back north in 2015 as I continued my career and now have 10 years of experience working in animal medicine. I have 4 wonderful children who all love the outdoors. We spend a lot of our free time at the race track or going on adventures.

Christa Lewis

Hi, my name is Christa! I just moved to Vermont in June from St. Petersburg Florida. I have been in the veterinary field for the last 19 years and I love it so much. I have been married for 15 years to my husband Keith and we have two boys Colin and Corey, two dogs Carl and Stewart, two cats waffles and whiskers, and two ant colonies. It is definitely a full house. So far I am enjoying the beautiful summer and excited for my first Vermont winter. When I'm not working I'm exploring New Hampshire and Vermont, love going to live music especially the band Dirty Heads. I'm excited to get to know all our clients and their fur babies.

Dr. Jeff Rowe

Job Titles:

Dr. Jeff Rowe grew up in Wisconsin and graduated from UW-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Rowe has been with Hanover Veterinary Clinic since 2014 and enjoys all areas of small animal medicine and surgery. During his free time, he can be found mountain biking, hiking, camping, or spending time with family. He currently has five chickens, one duck, and two dogs, an opinionated Chihuahua cross named Molly, and a Goldendoodle named Bernie Sancho. Dr. Rowe looks forward to meeting you at Hanover Veterinary Clinic and getting to know you and your pet.

Dr. Katie Faris

Dr. Katie Faris grew up in Wales (UK) and Namibia. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. In her first position after Vet school, Dr. Faris was a mixed-animal practitioner in Vermont in the spirit of James Herriott. Prior to moving to the Upper Valley in 2019, Dr. Faris worked at a small animal practice for 15 years in greater Boston. She has a passion for small animal medicine and surgery, and particularly enjoys working with owners to help them maximize the health and quality of life of their animal companions. Katie and her husband, Jason have four children, a seven-year-old Newfie-Golden mix named Guinness, and eleven chickens. They all love living in the Upper Valley, and all enjoy the many outdoor opportunities that the Upper Valley provides, including running, downhill and cross country skiing, hiking, and gardening.

Matt Wojciak

Hi, I'm Matt Wojciak. I was born & raised in southern New Hampshire, and have since settled in Bradford, VT with my partner Alyssa, accompanied by our dog Bagel, and our cats, Duke & Luna. In the past, I worked as a corporate financial analyst and then a carpenter's assistant before deciding to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. I began the Veterinary Technology program at Vermont Technical College in August 2021, and I hope to graduate from the program in May 2023 and pursue my CVT

Taylor Wilson

Hi, my name is Taylor! I'm a born and raised Vermonter. I grew up in Hartford, VT and I graduated from The University of Vermont with my Bachelor of Science in Animal Science, Pre-Vet in 2020. I have always had a passion for animals. My dream ever since I was a little girl is to go to vet school to become a veterinarian. Prior to working in the field of veterinary medicine, I worked with dairy cows and even a little bit with horses! I have a kitten named Remington. Some fun facts about me and what I like to do for fun are, cows are my favorite animal, I love running and hiking, music is my favorite pastime, and I hunt/fish.

Watermelon Helen

Watermelon Helen came to find her new home at the Hanover Veterinary Clinic in 2019 as a gift from our new owner, David McGrath. Helen is one of the original cows created for "The Boston Cow Parade". She starred in the 2006 "cows are coming" parade event for cancer awareness. The official artists rendition name is "Watermelon Helen and her Crazy Crow Cousins" … we just affectionately call her Helen. Her lifetime partners we call Lary, Curly, and Maureen. She loves greeting all the patrons of Hanover Veterinary Clinic every day and enjoys the changing of the seasons: as well as all the Holidays. We make sure she is well dressed for every occasion. Please feel free to stop by and meet her, all photos are encouraged and can be shared with family and friends through your media accounts. Helen does love to get around …. Please beware her head will wiggle, and her bell does ring…. some dogs take a moment to adjust ….

Wendy Nelson

Wendy Nelson graduated from Hartford High School in 1986, and from VTC in 1988, and has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science for Veterinary Technician. She has been working locally in the veterinary field as an office manager, head technician, and groomer since graduation. She joins the HVC staff in August of 2015 bringing all those years of experience with her. She grew up locally in West Hartford Vermont and still lives there today with her husband Carl, daughter Amanda, and a cat and two dogs. She and her family live "off-grid" and find that to be a daily challenge. Her hobbies used to include archery, following her daughter's ice hockey career, and a good glass of wine. She now busy being Practice Manager again at Hanover Veterinary and help keep the homestead going where she can.
