Chris Turner

Chris works with a range of clients worldwide, across industry sectors, on strategy development, innovation and integrated decision-making. A highly respected facilitator, Chris has a unique ability to understand and simplify complex business issues and opportunities and translate these into coherent action. Chris has worked with leadership teams around the world, helping them to articulate, share and realize their strategies through driving innovation, aligning the organization, integrating decision making and building capability. Chris's long-term client relationships are built on his ability to balance the delivery of fast results with sustainability. Chris's clients include AstraZeneca, Bakehouse, Coca-Cola, Compass Minerals, Mars, Mass Mart SA, PZ Cussons, SC Johnson, and Shell. In previous roles, Chris was part of the leadership of Oliver Wight Europe, Africa & Middle East from 1989 to 2000, where he led and developed a range of courses, including Top Management, Five Day, S&OP and Demand Management. Through this time Chris was heavily involved in the development of S&OP into what became the ‘Five Step Process' and development of the Class A Checklist.

He is a recognized thought leader in integrating strategic, financial, sales and operational planning, forecasting and measurement to drive finance and performance management transformation. Dean earned his Chartered Accountant designation in Canada with KPMG. He is a seasoned management consultant with over 20 years with KPMG, AT Kearney and Accenture. His clients include Philip Morris, Heinz, Best Foods, Maple Leaf Foods, Boeing, Bombardier, Ford, Georgia Pacific and Canada Post.

Stefan de Kok

Stefan is a thought leader in the supply chain planning and forecasting domain with over 20 years' experience, as a planner, consultant and software provider. He has applied his skills across many industries at companies such as Millennium Chemicals, Heineken, Beiersdorf, UCB, Biogen Idec, Valvoline, Kroger, Godiva, Ariat, and over a hundred more. Stefan earned his MSc in Applied Mathematics at Delft University of Technology and has combined this with his deep domain expertise to drive innovation for dramatic reductions in inefficiency and instability in supply chains. He is a regular speaker, an active blogger, and currently writing his first book, "An Introduction to Probabilistic Planning and Forecasting".
