His areas of expertise include foreign investments, joint ventures, acquisitions/disposals, corporate restructuring, project development and finance.

Mr. Olujide Akindele-Ojo

Mr. Olujide Akindele-Ojo (B.Sc., fNAPE, CPG), a Nigerian citizen, is an Oil and Gas specialist whose experience spans some 37 years and several continents. He has worked for major international Oil companies Shell, Mobil, Stat oil and Addax. Mr. Olujide Ojo is a hands-on achiever who, in addition to his international pedigree, has successfully championed entrepreneurial expansion projects in the indigenous arena. He contributed to the evolution of leading Nigerian companies Con oil and Global Energy. He is certified by the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) as a top notch professional and is not just an accomplished production geoscientist, but a resourceful explorer. He was one of the first geoscientists to accept the challenges of deepwater exploration in Nigeria by joining Stat oil and moving to Norway in 1994 for training in deepwater exploration techniques. He was a member of the Stat oil/Allied Energy team that proposed and drilled the first Niger Delta deepwater Oil discovery well, Oyo -1, in OPL 210 (now OML 120) in 1995. He is today one of the leading Executives in the Oil and Gas sector of the Nigerian economy. He is founder and Chief Executive of Impart Oil and Gas Limited as well as Managing Director of Kratos Energy Limited. He is a past Vice-President and, later, President of the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE). He was conferred the esteemed Fellow ship of the Association in 200 6.
