IAS insurance appraisal services were first offered in 1995 to property claim departments in the New York and the northeastern regions. Over the years of service in this very challenging market, our proprietary valuation and claim analysis systems were developed and tested. IAS has now expanded its service area to Florida and the southeastern regions. Recent hurricane patterns and insurance legislation, have resulted in an increased usage of the appraisal policy provision in the southeast market area.
