Howard has more than 30 years of corporate sales and executive leadership experience. From 1983 - 2004 he managed the Education Banking Division at FleetBoston Financial, originating over $1 Billion in annual student loan volume. In 2004, he started Academic Finance Corporation, a marketing & consulting company that provided services to hundreds of higher education institutions nationwide. He has extensive experience in sales, marketing, promotion, fundraising, grant writing and strategic planning. In addition, he has a strong track record of establishing innovative partnerships within the higher education community.
Howard holds an MA in Theology from Assumption College and a BA in History and English, also from Assumption College. An arts aficionado, he has also served as Curator of Worcester Windows and as Executive Director of First Night Worcester, the oldest First Night celebration in the United States and one of the largest arts celebrations in Massachusetts. He lives in Massachusetts with his family.

Jayne joins the Iron Bridge team after a rewarding career in financial aid that began in 1978 as a work study student and progressed to her most recent position as Director of Financial Aid at Worcester State University in Massachusetts. Over the years she has held a variety of financial aid roles at other undergraduate, graduate, and proprietary institutions, including Assistant Director of Financial Aid at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She also worked in a client relations role for the Education Lending Group at FleetBoston Financial. Jayne holds a MS in Nonprofit Management from Worcester State University, and a BA in English also from Worcester State University. She lives with her family in Massachusetts.

Jim has over 40 years of enrollment management experience. He began his career at what is now New York City College of Technology and held several financial aid positions there before leaving in 1984 to join Baruch College.
At Baruch, Jim worked his way up through the ranks of financial aid and admissions, ultimately achieving the position of Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management. During his 22-year tenure, Jim was responsible for the entire lifecycle of Baruch's students, from recruiting, to admissions, to registration, financial aid processing, grading, and ultimately, graduation.
In 2006 Jim was appointed Associate Dean for Enrollment Management at City University of New York (CUNY). He was eventually promoted to Dean of Enrollment Management where he was responsible for all day-to-day operations related to admission, registrar, and financial aid activities for the entire CUNY system. Jim frequently represented CUNY at New York State Legislative Hearings and New York City Council hearings on student enrollment issues. When he retired, CUNY enrolled approximately 270,000 students who received over $1.2 billion in financial aid annually.
During his career, Jim was very active in several professional financial aid associations (FAAs), including NASFAA (national), EASFAA (eastern), and NYSFAA (New York State), where he chaired a number of committees, presented workshops, and organized many training seminars.
Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from St. John's University and Masters in Higher Education Management from Baruch College. He is the recipient of over three dozen awards for his work in enrollment management. He lives in Connecticut with his family.
