Our family office is invested long-term and sustainably and has defined the business units Building Services and Real Estate as its exclusive investment and holding strategy. In this case, building services is comprehensively covered by the business units Security Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Hardware and Software Systems in order to generate new standards in building equipment in the future using integrated systems based on visualization. We are also integrated suppliers of new-build and previously owned properties. We develop new building projects sustainably and with specific targets in mind that extend from exclusive houses to family-oriented residential units and housing complexes and independent living solutions for the elderly.
