Our approach is fairly straightforward: Help the company or individual become aware of their current state, identify where they want to go, determine a plan to get there, and help keep them on track to implement the plan... At Jay Hidalgo Business and Leadership Coaching, our mission is to help executives become better leaders, help those leaders build better teams, and help those teams build better companies. We do this through executive coaching, team coaching and strategic planning facilitation. The approach is fairly straightforward: We tailor our frameworks for each company or individual, first helping them to become aware of their current state. From there, we identify where they are able to go. Then, we create and implement the right strategic process and path to get there.
