JUDY JACKSON STONEWARE

We live in a rambling Upper West Side apartment and I subway weekdays to my studio. We have built a house and studio in Litchfield County, Connecticut, and every weekend I can work in the country with a break now and then to take my two springer spaniels, Jackson and Osborne, on hikes. We are surrounded in both our homes with all manner of wood and ceramic treasures - collected from travels, shows and friends... I studied at Smith College, New York University Graduate School, Corcoran School of Art, Penland and Greenwich House Pottery. I am a founder of Tribeca Potters, a studio in New York, just outside Manhattan in Long Island City, shared by several other studio potters. The space is bright and very well equipped - we welcome visitors any time.
