Located in Northwest Connecticut, we are a waterfront community that owns the roads, beach, waterfront, beach parking areas and access to the lake via two boat launches. These facilities are for the exclusive use of property owners and residents, their families and guests, and not open for general, public use. As a private community, one of the privileges we enjoy is the exclusive use of our beach and two boat launches. Just as the Bethlehem Transfer Station requires car stickers for those who use the Transfer Station, Kasson Grove has made car stickers available for residents who want to park their car at the beach. The stickers will identify cars as belonging to Kasson Grove residents and their guests and their ability to use the beach and pavilion. There is no charge for the stickers.
