Dr. Paul Shepherd was born and raised in Elkford, British Columbia, Canada. He graduated from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. Dr. Shepherd then earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Interamerican University in Puerto Rico in 2010. His clinical experience includes Will Vision and Laser Center in Portland, Oregon, and Rojas Eye Care in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Over the last eight years, Dr. Shepherd has practiced eye care in multiple locations in both Massachusetts and Connecticut. He joined Killingly Eye Care in May 2017 as a part-time associate and will become full-time in 2019.
Dr. Shepherd is a member of the Connecticut Association of Optometrists and the American Association of Optometry.
