Kingsboroughfilm has been making and experimenting with short films for 10 years. Our aim has always been to make visually exciting, narrative character-based cinematic films. Our commitment is unreservedly to cinema... We believe that when we trust in ourselves, believe in what we are doing and enjoy what we are doing, the audience will experience the same. Over the years we've developed a very strong commitment to exploring the methodology of the creative process and it is this that guides us. By following simple creative truths we have found it possible to wander confidently off the well trodden path. Our last short film (Anaesthetic) for example, was developed with the actors and locations we had access to without any script or narrative outline of any kind.
