KNUCKLEHEAD PUB

We purchased and opened Knucklehead Pub in April, 2005. Prior to this, we owned a small burger and custard stand called Dooley's on 60th & Burnham (previously called Iceburg) in West Allis for a few years. We expanded business by purchasing Coyote Canyon (now RustiX) in 2009 and a building at the Wisconsin State Fair in 2014. We are a smaller organization of about 45 or less employees between the two Eagle locations. We work with about 40 different employees at the fair. We believe this business only works if we work as a team; therefore we are only as good as the team of people that work with us. We've made the best friendships over the years... We love the Eagle area, we've made so many good friends and acquaintances and are so proud to be a part of this great community.
