Annette holds a B.Sc in Industrial Biology, Higher Diploma in Pharmaceutical production and Food Science, Annette has 20 years experience across Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Industry and gained valuable experience while working in a number of areas including Analytical Chemistry, Validation and Quality before joining the Quality team at Kora in 2015. Annette has previously worked in Multi-national organisations including Pfizer, MSD, Leo Pharma and BD Medical bringing a wide range of varied experience to the management of the Quality System at Kora. Green Belt Certified and Lead Auditor trained Annette has successfully lead a number of Notified Body Audits at Kora.

Working with Kora Healthcare since 2010 across commercial functions, Conor O'Daly became a Chief Executive Officer in August 2016. Prior to joining Kora Healthcare, Conor worked with a then sister company to Kora Healthcare, Newport Pharmaceuticals. Conor holds a BA in International Business (Finance) with languages and subsequently completed a number of post-graduate diplomas across commercial disciplines. Conor also is an executive director on the Kora Healthcare Board of Directors.

She has previously worked for Mallinckrodt Veterinary, Howmedica (Stryker Orthopaedics), MSD and Noden Pharma DAC across a range of both Quality and Regulatory Affairs roles. Within Kora Healthcare Helen is responsible for the strategic registration and ongoing compliance of medicinal products and medical devices across the EU, non-EU, and North American territories.

Niall joined the team in 2022, bringing over 20 years of end-to-end Supply Chain experience in Life Sciences. This has included both internal and external manufacturing, while working for a range of companies from small start-ups to major multinationals. He has managed small volume products for Rare Disease treatment right up to multi-billion-dollar Blockbuster products, mainly within the Pharmaceutical sector but also Medical Device, Medical Technology, Bio-Pharmaceutical and Gene Therapy sectors.

Richard was appointed the Financial Controller of Kora Corporation in 2019, where he oversees the accounting, financial planning, and analysis, treasury, audit and tax functions at Kora. He was Finance Director of 2468 Group from 2016 to 2019 where he was responsible for a Finance and M&A activity of the group. Prior to joining 2468 Richard worked in Bostik Industries and worked in a number of finance roles with Bostik from 2006 to 2016. He is a qualified accountant and holds a bachelors degree in Management Information Systems from St John Moore's University Liverpool and a Professional Certificate in Management from Open University.

Shane Fitzgerald is a life science graduate and pharmaceutical industry professional with many years of experience across multiple therapy classes. Shane has launched many new chemical entities, biologics and biosimilar agents in multiple international markets. Shane is insightful marketeer with a specific focus on market access solutions for new product launches, meeting the needs of patients, prescribers and payers. Sinead has responsibility for Development, Manufacturing Support and Medical Affairs at Kora Healthcare. Sinead worked for 10 years at Abbott Diagnostics in technical leadership roles in quality, product technical support and validation. Sinead also worked as a Cell Culture Manager, responsible for the upstream commercial production of recombinant Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH). Sinead graduated with a degree in Industrial Biochemistry from the University of Limerick and earned a Ph.D. in Cell Biology /Immunology from Trinity College Dublin, and went on to work as a post-doctoral researcher in the areas of colon cancer and asthma.

Naresh has valuable experience of working in the pharmaceuticals industry for over 15 years in various departments (mainly R&D) as Research associate, Lead formulation scientist, Analytical chemist, Senior/Principal professional (Global MSAT) and Global formulation development Manager. Naresh is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified and proficient in pharmaceutical formulation development, Deconstruction, Analytical method development/validation, technical transfers, Project management, Root cause investigations and troubleshooting (early & late-stage development). Naresh holds Masters in Pharmaceutical formulation science and Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
As R&D Manager, Naresh is responsible for leading and managing the R&D team as part of Research, Development, and Innovation function within Kora healthcare. As a key member of R&D/Innovation function, Naresh is also responsible for promoting a culture of Innovation, internal product development pipeline, early-stage/late-stage product development and providing technical support to cross functional departments such as Regulatory Affairs and Quality.
