Mark started his working career in the Petrochemical sector in South Africa before moving into this space, initially as an owner/operator, and later as a career executive. Mark holds a degree in Finance (Distinction) and Economics from the University of South Africa.

Mubarak's commitment makes him a seasoned professional, contributing to a range of business areas that stretch beyond pure finance.
Paul James is an experienced gaming professional of 38 years, with 25 years in senior management roles. He has worked globally, including in the US, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
Paul has been involved in the pre-opening, opening, and operations management of various casinos, ranging from large integrated resorts to smaller boutique-style establishments in Africa. Having extensive expertise in table games and slot operations, surveillance, audit, and player development, Paul also possesses a solid understanding of HR, logistics, and P&L management. Above all, Paul strives to motivate teams to provide customer service that surpasses all expectations.
Tani Hanna - CEO, Chairman, Founder
Our founder, Tani, has almost 50 years of expertise in the gaming industry, having worked in the sector his whole life. Starting as a technician, he rose to senior roles, gaining extensive casino management knowledge before venturing into entrepreneurship in the 1990s, when he transitioned to establishing sub-Saharan Africa.
In 2011, Tani founded Leisure World Consulting at the Dubai, to provide a central hub for his team overseeing global operations. Beyond gaming, he is a race driver and philanthropist, dedicating his success to impactful community development projects in his native Lebanon.
