David M. Lederman is one of only a handful of attorneys in Contra Costa County to have the distinction of being a specialist in family law as certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He has broad experience handling divorce cases from simple to the most complicated. He has also successfully handled numerous child custody cases involving disputed interstate jurisdictions, as well as Hague Convention cases.
Mr. Lederman is the 2016 State Bar of California Family Law Section vice-chair, and previously he served as legislation chair. He has also served as the Contra Costa County Family Law Section president and is the current Association of Certified Family Law Specialists technology director. He also speaks Mandarin.

Biography
Jocelyn is the firm's Client Services Administrator. She has spent three years working as a Legal Secretary with the Alameda County District Attorney's Office. While completing her Bachelors of Science, Jocelyn worked at a partial hospitalization program that supports teens with severe mental health needs. She also worked at a domestic violence shelter where she spent her weekends working with women and families who were victims of domestic violence. Jocelyn enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family and one year old Frenchie named DeeBo.
Ms. Hays exclusively practices Family Law and Domestic Relations. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2013 and has worked in Family Law since her graduation. She passed the California Bar exam in July, 2013. She was admitted to practice in the federal United States District Court for Northern California in 2020.
Ms. Hays grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania before moving to the Bay Area for high school in 2002. She attended the University of California, Irvine, where she was a member of Kappa Gamma and served on the sorority's executive board. She earned a bachelor's degree in political science from UCI in 2010. She is an accomplished equestrian and has traveled the country competing in horse shows since she was 7 years old.

Biography
Rosie Lederman was born into the family business on 11/05/2020. She was born in the great state of Washington and was home schooled until she was ready to take over as Director of Office Security. She received her Certified Good Dog designation in 2023. Rosie spends her days providing emotional support and security for everyone in the Moraga office. Rosie also enjoys long walks and napping in multiple places around the office.

Trish Roberts joined our firm in 2019 as our Legal Administrator. She has more than 22 years of experience in management and administrative skills in positions including the management of several different departments and teams in Corporate America. During her years in management, she received several awards for service to her customers. She has excellent organization and follow-thru and has an extremely strong systems skillset. She prides herself in organization, meeting deadlines and strong communication with those around her. Trish is passionate about our client's, working diligently to ensure their needs are met. In her off time, Trish enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, yoga, and travel.
