Founder Stefanie Parker started this trade show with the vision of turning a simple hair do into a form of personal expression. Her goal was to offer wearers of short hair the same options that those with long hair enjoy. Moreover, she wanted to demonstrate that straight hair, curly hair and everything in between is beautiful and can be made to take on the look that anyone desires.
