Anna found herself in the boutique rental business after receiving a degree in Fashion Merchandising from famed Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. Her experience in the fashion industry, working alongside Kelly Cutrone of People's Revolution in NYC and running the website for prestigious fashion brand OAK, shaped her design eye which is evident in Loot's impeccably curated collection of custom upholstered pieces and found items. When Anna is not focused on being a girl boss alongside sister-in-law Rhoda Brimberry, she enjoys being outside and taking advantage of all that Fort Worth has to offer with her husband and two young children.

Bianka is our Austin unicorn - born and raised! She is also what we like to call a true Loot super fan - in 2020 she was one of our lucky Free Love brides! Now we have the honor of having her on our sales team! She is the first smile you see when you walk into the Austin showroom and the warm hello when you call. When she's not at Loot you can catch her reading a good book or hangin' with her family and her sweet pup, Thor!
Brooke is from the small town of Paris, Texas (yep, eiffel tower included!) and moved to Denton to get her degree in Merchandising at the University of North Texas. Brooke's motto has always been to "do what you love," so she knew a creative and fulfilling career was an absolute must. Brooke's been in the event industry for 5 years working in bridal and now, event rentals. When she's not creating and managing content for the Loot brand, you can find her exploring Fort Worth with her husband, Geron, and cute pup, Nash, or dreaming up ideas for their little mid-century house.

Born and raised in Austin Texas hookem horn's..so Cameron- better known as CJ, is definitely a Texan! CJ joined Loot in April of 2022. He has a positive attitude, so he makes it easy for people to talk to him. He loves to bake goodies, decorate cakes and spend time with his family. CJ loves to make someone's vision come true!! He is Very Proud To Be A Looter!!
This Colorado born, ocean loving Hawaiian gal holds down our office in Fort Worth. Besides being a jack of all trades and organization guru for Loot, she has her own photography business, is mama to two young boys, and cooks the best chili (like has actually won awards for her secret recipe).
From Hawaii to Denver to Wichita to now Fort Worth, her journey has carried her to us, where she is the friendly voice on the other side of the phone and the smiling face you see when you enter our doors. When she's not keeping us organized and on task, you can usually find her at home tackling her next project or relaxing on a patio with her highschool sweetheart (now hubby) and 2 boys.

Erin comes to Loot after years of residency in the catering and hospitality industry. She knew she didn't want to go far from the fast-paced events world, but happily landed in an employee focused role after falling in love with working with and for people. A native of south Alabama, she rolled with the Tide at the University of Alabama before heading to Austin, making a quick detour to the PNW, and wisely running back to Texas in 2021. Erin and her husband, Matt, have planted roots and love to spend time turning their house into their dream home with their two gentle giant pups. A true foodie, Erin loves to cook and try new recipes. When she's not hard at work making Loot's people and culture thrive, you can find her on a hike, at a brewery, or exploring everything Austin's phenomenal dining scene has to offer.

A North Texas native and former ballet dancer, Jade's experience ranges from venue operations and event coordination, to rentals and design. She has a passion for curating inspiring spaces and creating intentional relationships with her clients and industry partners - never hesitate to stop and say hi! When she's not in the office, you can find her exploring local estate sales, hanging out at a new ramen spot or hosting her favorite people for a fun dinner party.

Jess comes to us with a background in retail management, and is so great at making sure we are all good to go on every sale we make. When not emailing clients back with delivery quotes and design boards, she is hanging out (probably by the river) with her husband, daughter, and two dogs, Lucy and Jude.

Jessica started at Loot in 2015 after wandering into the warehouse one day with a box of her homemade cookies and a business card, and the rest, as they say, is history. The University of Texas is what brought her to Austin from the Houston suburbs, but the local and independent vibes of the city are what kept her here after graduation. Jessica started her own social media/marketing/bookkeeping business, Gal Friday, when she couldn't settle on one type of service to offer clients. She carried that same energy into her role with Loot, ultimately heading up the Finance, People Ops, and Operations departments. When she's not whipping up a new spreadsheet or making sure people get paid, she loves scratch baking, playing trivia, watching hours of baseball, and taking too many photos of her lookalike toddler.

Another born and raised Austin unicorn! Josh joined the Loot family in August 2022 after proudly serving in the United States Marine Corps and living in Okinawa, Japan! So he definitely knows how to use chopsticks. When he's not gracing our office with his witty one liners, dark humor, and positive attitude, you can find him with his face buried in a book somewhere in the warehouse. His love of books makes him the easiest person to buy gifts for.
Jarrod, AKA JT, was born and raised in Arlington, TX. He's coming with 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry! He loves being a Dad to 3 beautiful children and loves spending time with his family. He has an easygoing spirit and is a big sports fan. He looks forward to experience a new journey with the Loot family.
Kristian is from the good Ol' west texas town El Paso. After years in retail management, she made her way back to the human resources department and joins our team as our new Finance + People and Culture Coordinator. She has a husband, three dogs and a new baby boy who she adores! On her free time, she enjoys family time watching movies, grilling, and catching a baby friendly concert!
Leo comes from a long loyal residency at Pier 1 Imports where he perfected his warehouse organization and inventory management skills. Our Fort Worth warehouse is as spick and span as they come thanks to his expertise. When Leo isn't spending his time managing our DFW warehouse operations, he is either off finding the next best cup of coffee, discovering a new brewery, or honing his craft as a rodeo photographer. He is a lover of cowboy hats, hearty breakfasts, and the West coast. But above all, he proudly holds his title as "Papi" to his two little sidekicks and is a doting husband to his wife of 8+ years.

"Alexa, change her bio from HTX to ATX" Born in Seattle but raised in Houston, Lindsay comes to Austin breaking away from her small town outside of Houston. Coming from the fitness industry, Lindsay has a natural ability to lead- so we made her our Office Coordinator! When she's not keeping our workspace tidy you can usually find her at her favorite brewery, Nomadic, hanging out with her loved ones, and loving on her cat, Larry.
A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away…Comes a Jedi of old Mikey Morin born & raised in El Paso, TX. Mikey joined the Loot family in January 2022 as ATX Operations Manager. He feels that it's amazing to be part of such an impactful business, creating memories and experiences for our clients. Aside from packing trucks and leading the crew, Mikey is a proud father, husband, and musician. He's in a band!
Raised in Vancouver, BC and moving Los Angeles when he was 12, Nathan loves traveling and looking for new experiences. He recently moved to the DFW area for a change of pace and new experiences. Bringing to the team 5+ years of delivery and people management experience, Nathan is excited to a part of the Loot family that puts smiles on people's faces. Outside of work Nathan enjoys playing hockey, photography, reading and writing to perform at open mics.

Originally a Child of the Desert. Noel Palacios was born and raised in El Paso, TX. He has since lived in Austin since New Year's Day 2016. He was very grateful to have joined the Loot Team in August 2022 and is excited to see what future holds for himself and the company. Aside from his work at Loot Noel has been a drummer and musician for more than half his life. Music holds a big part of his heart whether he is working as a performer in his bands or working at concerts for other acts in Austin. You may even catch him on stage performing with a fellow Looter!
PJ, our California girl with a vintage lovers heart. We first found each other on Instagram way back in 2011 when we both had vintage rental businesses. We eventually found our way to work together after she and her family of 4 (6 if you count her dog and cat!) made the move to Austin during the pandemic in 2021.
She hails from a long background of prop and event styling, so she fits right in here at Loot where she gets to play every day - creating endless content for Loot's marketing efforts.

Rhoda entered the boutique rental business with a background in Marketing and Advertising making sure strong branding was the driver of Loot's fresh image. A graduate of University of Arkansas and Middle Tennessee State University, Rhoda has long been an explorer of new ideas and is always looking for ways to fill voids in the marketplace while keeping sustainability and community central to her focus. She's been a collector of vintage since a young age and a strong lover of design as she self-studied interiors for as long as she can remember. Rhoda combined her loves of vintage, good design, and artistry to create Loot alongside sister-in-law, Anna. When she's not steering the Loot ship, Rhoda relishes time with her husband and two children dreaming up a family band, crafting and sewing, and making sure to stop at every estate sale along the way.

Coming from the west coast Rosie was born and raised. On the beach was where she spent most of her days. Chillin' out maxin' out relaxin all cool. She helps the ATX warehouse stay organized and assists with all delivery logistics. When she's not at Loot, you can find her out in Austin thrifting, on the lake, hiking, and spending time with her friends and puppy!
Ryan is Loot's first and most loyal member. His tenure has given him the expertise it takes to ensure all of our Loot is cared for in transit. He knows our pieces by name and can pack a 24-Footer in his head. He's also the best furniture tetris player we know. Outside of work, you can find him shooting pool, hanging with his pooches, watching the Texans play football, and planning the next adventure with his wife.

Victoria hails from Florida and has a background in marketing and video editing. After managing a venue in Charleston, SC, she came to Austin in search of good tacos and live music. We were so excited to welcome her to the team as our Sales Coordinator where she makes sure the ATX showroom always looks fresh for client visits, and keeps the delivery crew's whiteboard schedule in check with her font-like handwriting.
After retiring from the radio industry, Weldon came to us to help manage our logistics operation being the excellent problem solver that he is. Since he's been with us, our warehouse is spic and span and our deliveries run smoother than a stick of butter. When this jokester's not on clock, he loves to hit the golf course with his wife, spend quality time with his grandchildren, and grill up a fancy feast.
