Casey has been a certified Physician Assistant since 2017, graduating from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biobehavioral Health and then received her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of New England in Portland, ME. After graduating, Casey fell in love with New England started her career in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery outside of Boston and soon transitioned to her career in Medical Aesthetics after gaining advanced certifications from the Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts , specializing in neurotoxins, advanced dermal fillers, and PDO threads. After working at a highly sought out medical spa over the last several years outside of Boston, Casey made the decision to move back to Pittsburgh to be with her family.
Casey has been a PA-C for 6+ years and has worked in surgical and non-surgical specialties including medical aesthetics and cosmetics and is ready to make you feel your most confident in your skin ensuring natural and refreshed results, all while making sure you are highly educated on each and every treatment option!
In her free time, Casey enjoys working out and spending time on hikes with her vizsla pup. She is more than thrilled to be apart of Dr. Liang's esteemed team!

Danielle is a Certified Physician Assistant since 2007 with over +14 years' experience as a surgical first assist in multiple subspecialties including reconstructive plastic surgery. Experience in both cosmetic and oncologic dermatology care. Danielle works closely with all of Dr. Liang's surgical patients to make sure off their questions pre- and post-surgery are answered thoughtfully and thoroughly.
Dr. Marc Liang, MD, FACS, is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Marc Liang, MD, FACS, has been in practice over 30 years in the Pittsburgh area. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Liang is a Clinical Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery in the School of Medicine of the University of Pittsburgh and a Clinical Preceptor for the Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Chatham University.
Dr. Liang was the former Chief of Plastic Surgery at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Montefiore Hospital and was formerly a member of the Cleft Palate Team at the University Of Pittsburgh Dental School. He received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati, completed his post-graduate internship and residency at the University of Pittsburgh and completed a Fellowship at M.D. Anderson Hospital and Tumor Institute.

Drew is honored to be a part of this supportive and educative team! She is a Pittsburgh-based actor that has been seen on the stages and screens of City Theatre, Pittsburgh CLO, Pittsburgh Public Theatre, Quantum Theatre, Off the Wall and Front Porch Theatricals. You might have even seen her on your television screen at home during commercials for local businesses. A few of her favorite roles include The Cowardly Lion in The Wizard of Oz at Heinz Field and the world premiere of The Double-Threat Trio, a role and show she originated with Tony-award winner Beth Leavel. A proud member of Actor's Equity Association, she received her MFA in Acting from Roosevelt University and has had the pleasure of teaching and creating courses and curriculum for Clarion University, Indiana University of PA and the CLO Academy. In her free time, she enjoys making all-natural soaps, disc golfing, hiking long distances and caring for her two, senior cats, Graycee and Ashlee. Drew loves connecting with the patients of Dr. Liang and all of the providers here at Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of Pittsburgh and is available to help you with your questions, scheduling needs, etc.

Katey was born and raised in Pittsburgh and is so excited to have joined the team at Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of Pittsburgh. Formerly a teacher, Katey has a Bachelor of Science in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Education from Slippery Rock University. Katey is excited to transition into the field of aesthetics and can connect you with providers that will help you achieve all of your beauty goals! She looks forward to seeing you in the offices!
Outside of work she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her friends, family and two Newfoundland dogs, Sophie and Jaxx.

Lauren is the licensed clinical head esthetician at Aesthetic plastic surgery of Pittsburgh. She has a BA in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh. Her passion is patient education and working closely with patients to achieve their personal skin care goals. She is an expert in both female and male skin analysis, skin care protocols and noninvasive procedures that help to maintain youthful looking skin and reverse the signs of aging.
Lauren is available to meet with every patient to offer them a complimentary skin consultation including a Visia skin analysis which assesses the four main areas of the aging skin; wrinkles, brown spots, redness and pore size.
With her extensive experience, she is trained and qualified on all of our noninvasive procedures such as medical grade facials, micro-needling, dermaplanning, hair removal, body contouring, skin tightening and energy based technologies.

Lisa is a certified Paramedical Tattoo Artist. She specializes in Permenant Makeup for the face and body. Eyebrow Microblade, Lip Blush, Under Eye Dark Circle Camouflage, and Areola Restoration Tattoos to name a few. Lisa can also Camouflage Scars and Stretch Marks. We color match your natural skin's tone and undertone to make scars and stretch marks much less noticeable. Lisa has been in the beauty industry since 1995, and she's the highest reviewed permenant makeup artist in Pittsburgh for the last 3 years. When Lisa is not here with us at Dr Liang's office she is at her own studio Effortless Beauty on Walnut Street.
Natalie is our Practice Manager. She is responsible for managing day-to-day business affairs as well as patient care concerns. Natalie guides and assists our team with the ever changing demands and growth of the evolving aesthetic environment. She enjoys talking with our patients and is always available to address any questions. Her primary focus is to ensure that every patient has a seamless, enjoyable and personalized aesthetic experience. Natalie works intimately with our patients who are contemplating a surgical procedure to ensure that they have all the necessary information they need to make an educated decision. For those patients who have elected to undergo a procedure, Natalie is the patient's advocate, and will coordinate and manage all aspects of the patient's journey with our office.
Natalie has a direct line of communication with Dr. Liang at all times. She will make certain that all of your questions and concerns, before, during and after surgery are answered quickly, accurately and in terms that are understandable.

Robin began her career in the consulting and financial services industry after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University. While pursuing her Master of Physician Assistant Studies Degree at Chatham University, she fell in love with aesthetic medicine during a clinical rotation with Dr. Liang. Since graduating she has worked side-by-side with Dr. Liang to provide comprehensive consultations and treatment plans to target each patient's unique aesthetic needs. In this ever-evolving field of medicine, she continues to expand her extensive knowledge by attending national seminars, advanced provider preceptorships and injection training with national and international leaders. Robin specializes in providing non-invasive aesthetic treatments to help her patients look youthful, natural and timeless. Her passion for helping others is evident in the lasting relationships she builds with every individual she treats.
Outside of work, Robin loves spending time with her family, friends and two dogs. She enjoys staying fit with pilates based workouts, HIIT training and biking on the trails around the city.
