Nancy MacKay is the founder and CEO of MacKay CEO Forums, an organization that provides the highest impact and least time-intensive peer support groups for over 1,200 CEOs, executives, and business owners across Canada and around the world. Since founding MacKay CEO Forums in 2005, Nancy has been dedicated to fostering inspiring leadership through confidential peer learning and support. Under her leadership, MacKay CEO Forums has built a community of over 1,200 members, facilitated by 60+ Forum Chairs, delivering an ROI of 708% through increased profit, employee retention, and customer satisfaction as measured by the ROI Institute Canada in 2022.
A seasoned CEO coach, dynamic keynote speaker, former university professor and published author, Nancy's latest book, I Don't Have Time, co-authored with Nico Human, tackles the top time mastery mistakes CEOs make and provides actionable strategies to reclaim time and productivity. She is also the co-author of two influential books with Alan Weiss: The Modern Trusted Advisor and The Talent Advantage.
Nancy is also actively involved in her community, serving on the boards of the Genwell Project and the Rick Hansen Foundation Campaign Cabinet, and co-chairing the Vancouver Committee for Canada's Great Kitchen Party.
She holds a B.Math and a Master's degree in Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo, and a Ph.D. in Business from Canterbury University in New Zealand.
Residing in British Columbia, Canada, Nancy enjoys playing squash and traveling the world with her family.

Laura Vaughan is the Ontario Regional Director with MacKay CEO Forums, also chairing 2 CEO groups and 1 Executive peer group in Toronto.
She is also the CEO of carrythe3 inc., enabling the world's Managers and their CEOs to build and lead more abundant workplaces.
She brings to her work a CPA designation, a degree in Music Performance from the University of Western Ontario, and a Master's in Management and Professional Accounting from the
University of Toronto. She earned her leadership stripes during her 7 years as President of a $40M manufacturing business, through the 2008 economic crisis - an intense season of recrafting strategy and reigniting culture while also restructuring for profitability (and raising two children under four).
Her other leadership roles include COO of a full-service law firm and General Manager of a 200-person contract manufacturing business in the personal care industry, before leaving corporate in favour of a more entrepreneurial journey.
Today, she's on a mission to help the world's leaders show up more competent and more confident, so the world's workers can do the same. Laura's life experiences include scaling literal mountains (figurative ones too), dragging herself over the finish line of a half-ironman, and saving the life of one 88-year-old man.

Over the past 20 years, he has built, owned, and operated more than 25 hospitality-related businesses, showcasing his entrepreneurial expertise. Renowned for his dynamic and authentic leadership style, Mike has been a vital member of the MacKay community, empowering CEOs and executives to craft strategies, expand their businesses, and foster exceptional workplace cultures.

Prior to joining our team, Mike served as the Vice President of Finance for an ag-tech company. Beyond his role in finance, he also co-owns a successful brewery in Port Coquitlam, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for business.
Outside of the corporate world, Mike actively engages with the community, dedicating his time as volunteer Treasurer and board member of the Port Coquitlam Community Foundation and contributes to the advancement of financial literacy as a volunteer for the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (CPA BC).

Paul McCullough brings a wealth of expertise from his distinguished career, most recently serving as the Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of BCIT, Canada's premier polytechnic institution.
