Bob Yost

Bob has 39 years of construction management and estimating experience. He joined MB Contractors as a project manager in 2005 and was promoted to senior project manager in 2007, director of operations in 2010, and vice president of operations in 2012. As vice president of operations, Bob takes responsibility for project management oversight and the direction of policies, objectives, and initiatives related to construction operations. Christina Bradley - Secretary, Treasurer

Christina began her career as an accounting assistant in 2002 and grew through the company to become one of four company officers. As MB's corporate secretary and treasurer, her responsibilities include oversight of all accounting transactions and financial processes. Christina administers all accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. She integrates these processes with job cost while engaging project managers, superintendents, and office staff in accurate reporting of project finances. She is responsible for the administration of company-wide benefits, including company sponsored healthcare and 401(k) plans, as well as the oversight of property, liability, and workers comp insurance recording and reporting. Mike Cagle - EVP

With 29 years of experience in the construction industry, Mike has developed a strong ability to estimate cost and provide guidelines to help keep projects within budget. He has estimated and assembled bids on various hard-bid public and negotiated private projects ranging from $100,000 to $100 million. Mike is the primary point of contact and coordinator of projects during the bidding or preconstruction phase. He provides comprehensive conceptual estimates and detailed budgets by working with key subcontractors and suppliers. His engineering background and extensive estimating experience gives him the ability to provide valuable cost-saving suggestions to bring maximum value to projects without sacrificing scope and quality. Mike joined MB Contractors in 2002 as chief estimator. Mike was promoted to executive vice president in July, 2006. As executive vice president, Mike is responsible for the estimating department and provides valuable sales and marketing assistance to the marketing department.

Todd Morgan - President

With over 30 years experience in the construction industry, Todd is recognized for his expertise in organizational management and project delivery. He has a proven ability to successfully oversee the operations of multi-million dollar construction agencies along with construction projects. His past experience as a mechanical project manager allows him to provide useful support in the design and preconstruction phase of a project. Todd joined MB Contractors in 2001 as a project manager and assistant director of operations. Just one year later, Todd was promoted to vice president and general manager. Since July 2006, Todd became a part-owner of the company and has led MB as the president of the company. As president, Todd assumes responsibility for total management of day-to-day operations of the company including estimating, accounts payable and receivables, project management, manpower and equipment allocations, as well as the overall performance of the company with respect to the services rendered. Furthermore, Todd reviews, recommends, and implements prudent operational policies and procedures. He has ultimate responsibility for the annual performance of MB, including but not limited to, ensuring operational, project, and financial goals are met for our clientele. An active member of the community, Todd is a 2003 graduate of Leadership Roanoke Valley and served on the curriculum committee through 2009. In addition, Todd is a past president of the Science Museum of Western Virginia and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross-Roanoke Valley Chapter and the Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce, as well as Ferrum College's Business Advisory Board and the Industry Board for Virginia Tech's Meyers-Lawson School of Construction.
