At MBK Book Cover Designs, we design print ready book covers for authors, presses, publishers and other designers. To begin, we read excerpts from the author's book manuscript, read press information, do research on related books then design three preliminary book cover sketches. Once the client has approved a design, a cover and/or jacket mechanical is produced and sent out for approval. When mechanicals are approved, the mechanical/s are looked over and gotten ready for the printer that will print the final covers and/or book. Last, when the book cover mechanicals are at the printers, we check sample covers for any mistakes before the final printing...
