In 2014 we took the decision to drop our Apple Authorised status becoming an Independent service provider enabling us to offer a better value on all repairs by sourcing quality parts from independent suppliers rather than Apple. All our staff are still certified Apple engineers of course... Although Apple machines may be different from what they were 35 years ago, our philosophy has always been the same: To strive for excellence in customer service and to have the fastest repair turnaround time for Apple products in the South East...
