M & E Associates General Contracting Inc. was founded in 1968 by my father, P. Earhart, and his partner, J. Miller. My father became sole proprietor in 1986. Shortly thereafter, I partnered with him for several years until becoming owner in 1999. Although M & E is a corporation, there are no other employees on the job site.
