Ms. Miller, owner and president of Medical Management and Rehabilitation Services (MMARS), began her journey in health care as a registered nurse at the Johns Hopkins Hospital (JHH) Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. In 1990, after leaving JHH, she was introduced to case management while working as supervisor in the world of community health. She knew immediately that it was her calling and six years later, MMARS was founded.

Mr. DePaola joined the MMARS team as the Controller in early 2020 after more than 35 years as a senior manager and commercial lender in the banking industry. Bill is a native of Baltimore and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Towson University and a Master's Degree in Finance from the University of Baltimore.
