Mindful BodyWorks Yoga Studio is an inclusive and diverse wellness studio located in the Heart of Corsa Italia (St. Clair Ave West & Earlscourt), Toronto, ON. The studio specializes in teaching members in our community Yoga, Pilates, and Mindfulness Meditation following the traditions of mindfulness... At Mindful BodyWorks, we believe in interconnectedness and playing our part in helping our community grow and come together. We are proud to be a part of the Corsa Italia District, one of Toronto's most historic and premier communities. We are long-time local residents of St. Clair Ave. West, and feel privileged to have the opportunity to service our neighbours spanning across Corsa Italia, Regal Heights, Hillcrest Village, Wychwood Heights, and Torontonians at large.
