Dr. Fulgham is a Licensed Psychologist (PSY20561,) and one of the most highly regarded Clinical Neuropsychologists in the Los Angeles area. With over two decades of experience, she has worked with children, adolescents and adults across multiple settings including hospitals (Children's Hospital, Los Angeles; Cedars-Sinai Medical Center,) clinics, schools and universities. A graduate of UCLA (magna cum laude), Dr. Fulgham holds a Ph.D. in Applied Developmental Psychology from the prestigious Claremont Graduate University (CGU) as well as a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Cal State Northridge. She completed a two-year Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Pediatric Neuropsychological Assessment at the Reiss-Davis Child Study Center in Los Angeles, where she subsequently served for many years as a clinical supervisor and consultant.
