Cody Evans, MD is an Adult and Child Psychiatrist. He completed his undergraduate degree in Systems Neuroscience at Johns Hopkins University and attended medical school at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU). Dr. Evans started his own practice, Mind's Eye offering state-of-the-art mental health care for children and families.
