Latimer who both bring many years of experience to the company... Moniz & Latimer Constable Service is fully bonded and specialize in constable services that are done with integrity and to the letter of the law. We maintain 2 million dollars of Liability Insurance as well as 1 million dollars of Worker's Compensation Insurance... For several years now we have been using Moniz & Latimer as our primary process server for a wide range of services including basic service of process, pursuit of capias arrests and the physical eviction of tenants.
